From the second I walked in with a very heavy package the lady at the desk had a bad attitude. Not even a thank you. I would pay extra to ship packages a different way!

Took something to be returned, this place could not pack it up, no boxes, no tape and couldn't print the label. Wasted my lunch hour. 0/10 pointless place.

Great experience with this place specifically.
They DO NOT pack for you!
I needed to ship relatively large items all the way into the Rockies and Dianna (hopefully I spelled that right) was a fantastic help multiple times!
She always ensured I got the right box size and gave me scrap package filling and tape to pack my items myself at no extra cost.
She would also go out of her way to ensure I got the best price for my package. I’d definitely recommend this stop, just make sure you know that you have to pack things yourself; they will not do it for you!

The driver that has the Lewistown Missouri route on 5/16 at 2:30pm is lazy. Left my box on the side of my house behind a trash can. I could not see it from my porch, but people on the street could. Said they left it by my garage. Was not. I had to walk around my house to find it by my car next to my trash can.They can't leave it at my back door like I requested on the order.Thanks Fedex

Supposedly have delivered two packages in the last week and haven’t received them. LOOK AT THE ADDRESS YOU’RE LEAVING PACKAGES!!!!
