I would NOT buy anything from this store. The owner of the store (guy in commercials) was extremely rude. I don't care how much money I could save purchasing from this store I WOULD NOT.

I Do NOT recommend buying here! The day we made our mattress purchase of $2,050 ?and with everything we bought, a grand total of ?$3,801?, So we are not talking Chump Change? Long story short, the bed is still not as comfortable as we think it should be, and it has been less than 90 days with the mattress protector on the whole time. Only thing that the factory will do is soften the mattress and we will have to go without a bed.. OR we can drive it to Springfield ourselves, UM WHAT! We are an hour away from Springfield. Mike got what he wanted, ??Our Money! ??he does NOT care, if your happy or satisfied "NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE!" in fact he was down right rude, belittling, and just hateful to my husband and I ? Oh and by the way 3 places in town offer 120 night sleep trials Mattress firm, Slumberland, and Ashley. I should have went to Sleeptight! I purchased an expensive mattress here and was not totally satisfied and I am basically S.O.L. ?

We went to Quincy to look for a sectional. My husband works for a furniture store and we could have bought one from there but what we wanted one now and not have to wait (a piece we wanted was going to take a while due to the factory in Texas). We went here and found the perfect one. The price was right, it was leather and had everything we wanted. We did check it all before finalizing anything. We noticed that one part had what looked like some of the material was coming out. One of the ladies said it was glue. Ok whatever lady. The rest of it was in great shape. I was worried how they would get it out because the floor is packed full of furniture but thought they do this everyday so they must know what they are doing. They set the delivery 3 days later. My husband looked at it before they pulled it out and automatically noticed there was damage to the couch. The back has been broken, you could see where the wood was broken and the leather had been ripped. The corners was worn. We know they had several delivery’s that day so I’m sure there was things that had to be moved around. But when he called to see about getting the price adjusted (we luckily only put so much down and was going to pay the rest when it got there). But he wouldn’t budge. Not even the $75 delivery fee. It would have been one thing if this was damaged like this when we bought it. Would have been one thing too if it was already clearances down. But when I bought this couch, it was in perfect condition, expect the glue or whatever. Not sure why glue would have been on the set but whatever. We told them to take it back and got a refund. We won’t be going back. Kinda sad cause I was prepared to give a great review because they did have what I wanted and they were able to get it to us in great time. But because of the delivery drivers carelessness and the lack of even being able to adjust because of the damage, I won’t be recommending them.

When I was shopping for a new recliner the salesmen and I was talking about my old recliner. When I mentioned the problem I was having, he actually shared how to fix my chair. He could have just sold me a new one but he didn't. Try to find another store that will do that!!!
