Our grandson recently passed and, being from out of state, we were unfamiliar with Duker & Haugh. The staff is supportive and professional, as well as kind. Every detail was considered sensitively, allowing our daughter to be fully supported during this difficult time. We are most grateful and appreciative!

We recently attended a service at this beautiful facility and no detail was missed. Definitely 5-star service and ambience all the way. Professional staff and super-clean throughout. Ample parking too.

Jared was very sensitive while our family planned Rosemary Reichert’s funeral. Several times he confirmed items that were to left in the casket and flowers that were to go to the grave.

Exceptional funeral home, professional, fairly priced, kind and compassionate, would highly recommend.

Took very good care of my loved ones when they passed. They made the sad experience and trauma a lot easier to deal with. They made the experience so easy I could not thank them enough!

Duker and Haugh has been great through all of our grief, your not alone when you go to them for your loved ones funeral. My husbands family has been going to Duker and Haugh for all their needs. Recently we lost my mother in law and being very close to her myself, I made most of the planning with Duker and Haugh since my husband and his family were in deep grief for our loss. Duker and Haugh made everything PERFECT, and our family were so pleased, the cost was so affordable we decided to have his oma (grandmother) moved from her burial plot and next to his mother and our new family plot. Smooth and effortless move, they have been a total blessing.

My family from way back when were all taken care of by the Duker Bros, and Frieburgs, the Haugh family carries on a fine tradition of services and kindness as the best in Quincy.

They did a wonderful job coordinating with our local funeral home back in Florida where both my grandparents died and then were subsequently buried up here in Quincy. They made a rough time easier.

It's taken me a while to get to the point of writing this necessary review. My brother died unexpectedly at 49 in 2012. His body was transferred to this funeral home. My brother was an avid outdoors-man and loved deer hunting. He had a hunting camper set up on my parents farm which was the resting place of choice for many of us in the family. This funeral home steered my mom and sister in law away from this. They took advantage of them in their grief to sell them over $30,000 of services, a plot, a headstone and never one mention of the option to cremate and spread the ashes where my brother would really want to be. That option would not have made them any money. PLEASE plan ahead for your own demise. Businesses such as this suck every penny they can out of grief stricken people who are not in a place to make clear decisions. The services they provided were just as pictured, but the real wishes of the family were completely unheard.
