I recently took my Toyota RAV4 to Divine Shine shortly after my baby's first baby, as my husband decided it was time to give my car some much-needed TLC. Honestly, I haven't done much for myself lately, so this was a total treat!
The owner personally took my call and walked me through the options, and I couldn’t resist going with the "busy mom with a dog" package. Haha! I dropped my car off a little early, and the staff was totally chill about it. When I picked it up, it was literally cleaner than the day I bought it. I even had a great chat with the owner, a former Kansan like me who’s now living in Quincy.
I highly recommend their services for the top-notch professionalism, friendliness, and—of course—amazing cleaning skills. I recently traded my car in, but I’m already looking forward to bringing my new one in for a good scrub in about a year, when my toddler has officially turned it into a mobile disaster zone.

We specifically asked for how long it would take and was told 3-4 hours. It took 6.5 without any communication letting us know. I specially asked for a few things to really be focused on like a Velcro strip on the dash and two window stickers, and they didn’t do it. The staff was really nice, and the work they did was really good (they just didn’t do a few things like didn’t wash out the truck bed.) No discount was offered even when I pointed these things out.

My experience with DiVine Shine was exceptional! I reached out to Ray by phone, sent him a few pics of my seat that needed to be cleaned, and he was able to take care of them. They are gone completely! I had a scuff mark on the side of my vehicle, and they were able to get that removed as well, and it looks great! They did an excellent job on the plastics of the vehicle and made the engine bay look brand new again! Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication! I can't say enough good things about Divine Shine! Get your vehicle cleaned there today! They take credit card as well, with no fees! ?

I'm not angry, but price is too good to be true. Even though I will have to pay more, I will go somewhere else next time.This is the first time I've ever had a vehicle professionally cleaned/washed/waxed, so I was interested to see how it would turn out. My truck was not really that dirty, inside or out, so I was hoping it would come back looking pristine, but that wasn't the case. The price for service is great, and if they had done everything they were supposed to, this would've been the deal of the century.Below is a description, from DiVine Shine's website, of the level of cleaning I wanted. For everything I found that could've been done better, I've put a short description of what I saw after the service.Truck Quad Cab - Buff & WaxExterior:Complete outside wash (including truck beds) - I found dust around the tail lights, and it didn't look like the bed had been washed at all.Hand dry with clean microfiber towels to protect your paintClean all door jams - I found dust and dirt in two of the door jams.Clean exterior windowsSingle pass compounding and buffing to remove surface defects - I had some small bits of tar on both sides of the vehicle that were not cleaned off.Apply high quality wax by hand to all painted surfaces - wax was applied over the tar mentioned above.Dress exterior plasticsPolish WheelsApply tire and wheel dressingInterior:Vacuum entire interior - found things that should've been vacuumed up in both the back seat and under the floor mats in the front seats. Also, they didn't put the backseat floor mats back in place properly.Complete wipe down - things were missed here, mainly in the center console in the front seat area.Wipe down any leather surfaces and apply a conditionerSpot clean head linerClean ventsClean door jams - I found dust and dirt in two of the door jams.Clean all cup holdersClean emptied interior compartmentsClean interior windows - windshield still had streaks on the interior.
