Please do not seek bike repair here. They quoted me a price and it turned out to be $50 more than they quoted. No one called to verify this with me so they forced me into having to pay the difference. When I questioned the pricing the girl at the front then dismissed me and evaded looking at me or acknowledging I was even speaking to her. She was very rude to me and continued to ignore me. She was mad that she even had to help me with the bike purchase in the first place. I called to speak to a manager and they were unwilling to work with me at all about the pricing or to actually take responsibility for any of it. I could’ve bought a new bike with how much they charged me to fix a tire. The price difference could’ve paid for an entire tank of gas. Corporate America is a joke and they do no care about you or your needs. I’ll stick with small/local businesses. They put forth the effort to make sure their customers leave satisfied. I don’t enjoy posting this stuff but I want people aware of the way they are deceived.

Called and verified they could take a check because it was a large purchase over my debit card limit. Drove 1.5 hrs one way, when I got there the check reader machine was throwing an error code so I couldn’t buy it. Worst part was the manager finally came out because the cashier asked multiple times. She never even attempted to speak to me, just turned her back to me spoke to the cashier for a few seconds and then left her. Very disappointed!

Always greated with a smile and great help. My Favorite place to shop for my fishing equipment. Got a fantastic deal on my kayak there about 7 year's ago. 600lb. Capacity for $499 on sale, saved another 50 just for signing up for their card. Couldn't find any with that weight capacity that was even close to that price! Best $500 I have ever spent..
