The customer service is amazing. They resized 3 of my Mother's rings and repaired a bracelet for me and had all 4 items ready in 4 days. They were helpful, kind and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Dame Hurdle & Co, I'll definitely be back.

I LOVE this store, but most of all I LOVE the people who work there, just awesome people! I have bought jewelry from them and I take all my watches in for repairs/battery replacement and they are always so friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Dame Hurdle has always provided the best customer service every time I go in to get my ring cleaned. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in.

Had my rings enlarged after 20 years. They did a beautiful job. Cannot tell it was even done. I also took a watch there to repair and was running late to an appointment nearby. They walked it over to me when they finished so I wouldn’t be late and I would get it before they closed. Excellent customer service!
