The WORST customer service I have ever recieved in my life. They force you to talk to their customer service robot no matter how many time you ask for an agent. I have never been so upset trying to get help with my billing with any company the same way I have with this one. There is no way to reach a real person if you call customer service. They just send you a text to try to fix the problem even when you said NO to the robot to receiving the text from them (pretty sure that's illegal). They add random fees to your bill and then have you running in circles trying to figure out why?!

Our new box is not as good as the old one! Features are too tiny for the eyes. The installer was fast and left before showing us how to set up our DVD player, even though he mentioned that 4 guys were sitting around waiting to get an assignment. Not better off now for sure!

I called several times to complain about having to reset my password everytime I want to make a payment then they turned my internet off after I've stated the call would drop if the internet was disconnected worst service I've ever had

Horrible phone service keeps deleting account information when app is used to try to pay the bill not impressed with this internet providing company.

Didn't know if it was comcast building.I had my son go in to make sure it was comcast. I had to go there to get to a comcast place because Macomb didn't not have a comcast anymore. The gentleman was very nice, he help me. I was returning some equipment that I wasn't using, but they was charging me for it. Even one box that suppose to be free, but they was still charging me for it.

They have a 90ft run of line going across my backyard. Storms frequently knock the line down on the ground in my yard. Even though there's a "service center" in town they do not have a public phone number to report issues. Their 800 sales agent is the only contact method without having to go to their "service center"Normally I have to contend with this problem for a week before it's rectified by them.

I'm updating my previous review. My internet is down more than it's working. Having said that, the two gentleman that helped me when I went in to the Quincy store were so great. Helpful, courteous & seemed genuinely concerned about my problem.

If I could give negative stars I would. Get told the nearest installment date is 10 days away so I wait, I talk to the woman who has the brains of coked out gold fish. I inform her the appointment needs to be after 3:30 she says that wont be an issue and takes my debit card number, just for the installers to show up before 3:30 and I miss my appointment, they then tell me the next appointment is 7 days away. granted, The lady told me AFTER 3:30 when she was taking my money (a lie) so if you guys want TV or internet from here, your kids will all be grown up before they can install and the customer service reps wont do a thing, STAY AWAY

Setup was easy and painlessSo far customer service is goodBut he auto payment is a mess and the 2 months I have had their 85$ a month internet they already charged me 100$ fee for having someone at my house 3 mins away from their store the person on phone said he would get 50$ took off the technician said he would get the whole fee took off since he didn’t do anything but screw a wire in the wall.They did take the 50$ off them later that night it took it back so paid 185$ for internet 270$ total for 2 months plus the start up and router costs man they really are robbing. My friends tried to warn me they had the same issues random charges random fees miscommunication and lots of billing errors that get left on the customer. I’m 2 months in and will say I’m switching when my contract is up
