Requested style: I came in as a new customer and explained what I wanted and left with exactly that, which is so nice.
Specialties: Hard part. Crushed it.
Stylist: Kelsey was wonderful, I am not a usual of hers but she was totally was able to tell just by looking at my hair, what type of cut I get. With little input from me she got me looking and feeling great. I would recommend her to anyone.

Used to work here, and almost got attacked by the staff after my community fundraiser in a parking lot while she was so intoxicated she screamed at me about her ex husband. Not sure, but I think she still does hair?

I’ve never left this salon not feeling fantastic about myself. I’ve been going there for over half my life and it’s hands down the best salon in Quincy. I’ve been with Alyssa for close to 10 years now and she always provides me with the best suggestions and tips to keep my hair healthy and looking great! She’s always willing to try new things and isn’t afraid to tell me if something I think I want isn’t realistic for me. She’s also great at explaining what she’s doing. Many times I say “just do what you think will look best” and it’s always incredible. The atmosphere is top notch, the girls are the best and you can tell they want to see one another succeed and grow in the industry.

I have had my hair done by Alyssa for 10 years now and I am always impressed by her talent. She helps me achieve the perfect blonde every time. I know I can count on her to deliver exactly what I request. Also, she is incredibly kind and I always have so much fun in her chair! Quincy is incredibly lucky to have talent like hers!

I truly enjoy my hair days at Changes! Each woman in this salon is friendly and will go out of their way to help you. You can see the camaraderie between them all. Alyssa is beyond talented. She is a magician and always listens and executes my hair dreams beyond my thought process. I highly recommend Alyssa and the ladies of Changes for all your hair needs!

Don’t come here unless you want to SOB all the way home…with burnt hair that’s too short, not at all what you asked for, and sore ears from her catching them with her comb. :( I left with hair about 5 inches too short. I had asked for mid-length hair (I pointed to my chest/armpit level and showed her photos as well) and she cut it to shoulder length!!She didn’t turn the chair around to show me where she was going to cut NINE INCHES off my hair! In what world do you give a naturally curly haired person shoulder length hair?! Spent the entire cut trying not to cry so I’m glad she didn’t try to be personable or make small talk. I could tell she was new at this, and I understand when you’re still learning your trade, but it’s so obvious that she hasn’t been taught to listen to the client.Overall the style isn’t atrocious, just not at all what I asked for and nothing like the photos I had shown her. I am so sad. I had heard great things about this salon and guess I just got the newbie.Needless to say, I will be attempting to keep what’s left of my super short hair up for the next few months. Thank goodness it’s almost Carhartt hat season.

When I said short ,and showed a picture of stacked hair in the back and when she was done..... it was not stacked or even long enough to work with..... so disappointing! It is really really really short! If I could get my money back I would!!!!! I f could show pictures I would.....

Had great customer service. Kind and thoughtful people. My son who can be picky they easily put at ease. Took there time. Even though it was at last minute, they squeezed us in. They also have very reasonable prices.
