The place was busy. I went online and found a few items that I thought I might like to try on. Was looking for an outfit but ended up with one pair of pants and one top. Most items were not in store or not my size. Loved the pants I picked out with the help of the employee, but there was no top for it in my size. Happy with purchase, wish we had a store close by. ?

Leanne and Robin were knowledgeable and knew just what I needed. Looking to update my out of date wardrobe. I felt very comfortable upon leaving with my new complete outfit. Accessories and shoes included without breaking the bank.

the manger, the male that works there, is so incredibly mean. I can't believe he is employed. He is absolutely out of control. He talks to people like they are a piece of dirt. I have been going for years and every time he is there, I get nervous and sweaty because i am scared of what he will say. I know multiple people who have stopped going to Cato due to this employee who treats all customers so poorly. He had me in tears when I was looking for a birthday outfit last week due to how mean he was.
