They will tell you which bay you need to go to or if you have to back into a bay. Nice people, and they get it done fast. Really close to ADM if your picking up there. Thanks guys.”

“I have been detailing my own cars for years. But when I made a recent purchase of a used vehicle, I could see that as dirty as it was on the inside, I'd be taking too much of my time to do it. Around town, I heard Water Works was a good place to get my detail done. They were right. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. Vehicle was perfectly clean. We are talking, seats removed and carpet taken out, a big job. And they did great. I'll be taking my vehicles there from now on. I highly recommend Water Works.”

“I vented about an issue I had with this place and made some judgement calls I shouldn't have. The owner of this establishment called me and was the kindest person I've ever heard on the phone, even after I vented in a mean way about a service issue with one of his washers. I've used this service dozens upon dozens of times and never experienced a single issue up until today's malfunction. The owner calls me tonight and completely apologizes for the incident and will let me get my car washed when I come in there. Talk about great customer service. Luckily, my wife had to be to work and took the SUV and it didn't get the wash it needed from somewhere else. I will return to Turbo Wash tomorrow. Wonderful feeling after a bad day.”

“My experience with DiVine Shine was exceptional! I reached out to Ray by phone, sent him a few pics of my seat that needed to be cleaned, and he was able to take care of them. They are gone completely! I had a scuff mark on the side of my vehicle, and they were able to get that removed as well, and it looks great! They did an excellent job on the plastics of the vehicle and made the engine bay look brand new again! Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication!
