Honestly flying cape air was the worst experience of my traveling. Upon check in I was told although my tickets were paid for months in advance my travel partner and I were not on the flight roster. I was told I was lucky their was room on the plane and added eventually. That was not the worst part. The worst part was our flights back home. When we arrived at Chicago o hare at 4 am in the morning we were told ton leave the inside of the airport which has all the food and shops. And proceed to the cape air ticket counter. WHICH WAS CLOSED UNTIL 9 AM THE NEXT MORNING. looking around i realised that there was not even a chair to sit in. A cold dirty hard marble floor was our only option for our 5 hour wait until the counter opened. 5 UNCOMFORTABLE HOURS LATER.... The counter finally opened and we were again told that our tickets were paid for but unavailable. I was at my wits end in that moment. Our flight was 1 hour away and t.s.a was packed. We had to run to the gate after a huge ordeal that ended up ruining someone else's flight to make room for me and the minor passenger with me. I couldn't tell you how much cape air ruined our traveling experience. If you can avoid this air line do it even if you have to drive all the way to st. Louis or Chicago. Take a train or a bus. It was HORRIBLE!

4/24/22 Took my 2 nieces to Quincy airport to get on their plane to Chicago. What a disaster!! They got in and the lady let a young man through the gate & then walks away. They wait for her to come back to let them through & start ringing the buzzer, multiple times, no one appears!!! Finally another person comes and informs them the plane left early!! Another woman comes in for the same flight! Plane is gone & 3 passengers are still there & it still wasn't time for the plane to leave yet! What a mess!!! This lady says she had done this 8x this month & we took a picture of the sign that says you can be there 20 minutes before the flight with no carry ons. My nieces were their earlier than 20 minutes!! Then Cape Air did hire a bus to take my nieces to St.Louis to catch other flights, but one flight was delayed in StL & then she missed her connecting flight. What a MESS!!!! Still dont know yet this morning when she made it home. Both had to be at work next day. They came back for a funeral. This was a horrible experience. They have decided that it was not worth it & will not do it again.

5 minutes before our flight on 3-27-2022 our flight to Chicago was cancelled. That's beyond ridiculous. That's the last time we use Cape Air.

I had a flight booked from Quincy to St. Louis. Checked in the night before and actually spoke with someone who assured me I was ready to go. Arrived the next day to find out the flight was canceled. No call, text or email. No notice at all. I had already returned my rental car so there I was, 1000 miles from home, with my little girl and no options. All I got from the gals behind the counter were blank stares of indifference. This airline is happy to accept your money but couldn't care less about their customers. To this day, they still have my money and haven't flown me anywhere. I'll never book with them again.

Cape Air is a really good alternative to driving to St Louis when I'm flying internationally. The only problem is that it's very susceptible to weather and my flights have been canceled at the last minute several times over the last few years. So if you're planning to use it make sure you choose flights that give you several hours to make alternate travel arrangements if you have to. When it works it works beautifully.

An awful airline. Everyone must avoid using it. My baggage was delayed for 4 days without a good cause. They refused all my reimbursement request (Daily necessity). Do not use their service ! Find other alternative.

I flew Cape Air due to it being the only airline from St. Louis to Quincy, and I was extremely hesitant at first because I’ve never flown on a plane this size. Overall; I was very satisfied with the service I received and the pilot was professional and did what he could to make us feel comfortable. After a short 35 minute plane ride we were there faster than we knew it.

For convenience to STL the price....comes across good. But the last few times delay...cancel due weather, I'll give them that. Very displeased with service, don't think I'll back them to STL...our flights to Chicago fine. Stl fight not doing again!!!!!
