I purchased meat and canned items here. After I got home, I noticed that some of the canned items expired more than 3 years ago. My wife and I ate at the outdoor tent in the front parking lot; they served my wife an ice cold, essentially raw burger as well. We asked for flank steaks and were told “we can’t really get those, they’re hard to get” - isn’t this a butcher? Can’t they cut them themselves? Or are they just getting beef precut from somewhere else? The other steaks we purchased turned out to be chewy, with plenty of grizzle. A disappointing experience all around.

We have been long time, very happy customers of their store front. I recently had them cater a family party and the food was a HIT! The twice baked mashed potatoes were divine! Highly recommend.

Just left for the second time without being served. I understand if you are busy, but there are people walking around that could help. Also just look at someone and say "I'll be right with you." Acknowledge that some mine is standing there wanting to spend money at your business. Don't act like the person standing there is invisible. Not sure if I'll go back. It's too bad because the products they have are good. Bad service overrides good products all the time.
