They send you a text saying ready and you get there and its not ready. Sometimes a person is at the drive up window 15 mins. I guess theirs was not ready and they waiting

I've never had a problem with brown drugs. After calling in prescription I never had to wait but few hours sometimes sooner for it to be ready. Couple times I've had it delivered and the delivery lady is very nice and polite always smiling. I would recommend brown drugs highly
