Very Rude! I called to be sure they worked on my brand of sewing machine. I also asked if I needed to do anything besides drop off during store hours. She said, “No just drop it off, right now it will be about 3 months before it will be done”. I drove over an hour to drop machine off, the lady at the store was completely rude and very short as soon as I opened the door. She said that since I didn’t bring a bobbin I would have to go back home and bring her one. She was so rude that I ended up taking my machine back home to find someone else to work on it. I really don’t know how they stay in business if they treat people this way.

Beautiful shop and lots of great fabric choices. But, customer service is nowhere to be found. I was new to the shop and asked where the Christmas fabric was. She said the classroom, again I stated I had never been there before. She had a 4 year old show me. A 4 year old! I was the only person in the store. She wasn't busy, she was just chatting with the other sales person. (I later decided they were Mom and daughter).I was going to buy all the materials for 2 King size quilts, but only bought 1 yard of material instead.I will be going elsewhere to spend my money.

This shop has a wide variety of fabric which are displayed very well but the downside is their friendliness, and helpfulness. I was the only customer in the shop and was never asked if they could help me. I ended up spending a few hundred dollars and would have spent more had I had a little help from one of the two ladies working there. I won’t be going back to this shop. I prefer a shop that appreciates my business.

??️I and a friend had the opportunity to visit the store during the 2023 All Illinois Shop Hop. We had a wonderful shopping experience with the nice staff ...and were pleasantly pleased with the vast fabric and notion options.

This store is on the top of my list , such a wonderful store and such a fabulous variety of fabric . So so helpful. We had a little incident when at the store the lady there went above and beyond to help resolve it, so very much appreciated their help. The gal worked on June 4 was so nice and helpful.

This place has Everything! It is like a maze walking through the entire building of many different rooms anywhere from thread to kits. There are lots of Batiks fabrics which is my preferred type of style.
