Coralyn is a clerk at this location lacking any common sense or social skills. I am not sure how the postal service screens their employees but they certainly lack customer service skills. I came in to drop something off behind a couple talking to her while there were 3 other people writing stuff on their packages and still clearly doing it. She told me I have to wait for everyone to finish so she can scan my package and give me a receipt. I went to the Mt Prospect location and of course they took care me while others who were not ready were preparing their packages. Prospect Heights post office is the worst when it comes to serving the community. UPS and Fedex always provide wonderful service in contrast.

I was shocked to actually want to give a post office a review. Let alone a great review. There is a young gentleman whom was very courteous and funny. He was very efficient and polite. That was the last thing I was expecting in a post office.

It’s a little easy to miss (no sign on the building) on a busy road. The service was quick and pleasant. Very helpful and friendly workers. Day and night compared to the horrible Mt Prospect post office.

First time at this post office today and what a wonderful experience with teller named Coralynn. She had a name tag plainly displayed whereas the rude and stupid teller and supervisor at Arlington Heights post office did not. Coralynn provided pleasing, informed, and helpful service!

This post office is the closest to me and I’m so thankful, compared to PO’s in Chicago where I used to live, this is heaven! Kind workers and helpful, one even sings!

I usually sended packages from this store, but the last two packages I sold on eBay were lost, because of a guy who works in this location. I first sent two packages at the beginning of January 2023 but they were lost. By end of January 2023 I went to this location to send two more packages, and at the same time find out where they sent the other two packages, while I was in the line and saw one guy opens a package that looks like mine, then he pulls out an item that was very similar to the one I just sent. I asked him what are you doing? this is my package, why are you opening it? He told me - Oh sir, you used the wrong eBay shipping label, you can not send this item via media mail. I took the two packages from him and left to replace the shipping label.Ok I agree, but why did he open my package? It was a very sad experience, I WILL NEVER VISIT this store again. Now I don't know how to find my packages, they weren't insured and the package research case #47541873 was closed, because USPS can't find my packages.Today Feb 12, I have lost two packages cost about $300 dollars, I lost a lot of time trying to find my packages, because my packages were sent back to my address, but I never received them, they are lost. A very sad experience.

I've visited other post offices in the area (arlington heights, palatine, mount prospect) and this is by far the best one. The employees are efficient and very professional. I just dropped off a package on Tuesday and was given an estimate of delivery to Texas by Friday. I just checked the status, the package already arrived as of today (wednesday.)

This is a smaller post office compared to other ones I have been to. They do not provider passport services, which is a bummer. But I am beyond happy about the work they do here. I use the drop off box inside to drop off packages on a regular basis (before 5:30pm on weekdays), and they always get scanned on the same day.

I am from Chicago and we just moved to Arlington Heights. I went to the post office in Prospect Heights. I was completely surprised at how wonderful the postal clerks were to everyone I witnessed. They were polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Quite the change from my experiences with the post offices in Chicago. Very positive experience.

They deliver at all randoms times of the day, Mon-Sat. They never deliver around the same time. The earliest they’ve come is 5, the latest being like 9 pm.

Jenner was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. Prospect Heights Post Office is the best in the area. I live in Mt. Prospect but I get much better service in Prospect Heights. Lines move much faster. Matthew is also very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly.
