Wow to think the photos in the website would bring some much memories it has been two years since I have been their I’ve been thinking of coming back this year or the next and if I do I hope it’s as fun as how it was back then thank you.

After trying free trails at other various gyms within the first 10minutes @ UFFA I knew this was it. Professional world class instructor whos passion for what he does shows up everyday. I have already learned so much in a short time and coming to classes is literally thee highlight of my day.

It's my first time ever joining any type of class so I was a bit shy, however, the environment and instructor are amazing! I always look forward to class. I've learned so much and it's only about to be a month since I've joined. Super happy I decided to join.
