“This is the best full service butcher in the area. For Christmas Eve we got a 10lb 4 bone-in standing rib roast. The meat was beautiful. The preparation was incredible. Perfect trimming of the fat. The bones were cut away from the meat and tied back together. It was incredible!!! For Christmas we got a 7lb beef tenderloin. Incredible. It was prepared with a thin layer of fat around the meat. Covered in foil. And properly tied up. It was incredible as well. Reagan's also has THE BEST skirt steaks. As well as great hamburgers. And Tri-Tip!!!! I love this place! Thank you!!!”

“Place is OK. 2 slot inside dock can get even tighter if the first guy goes in a little cockeyed. Works more along the lines of first come first served. Don't get there too early because they will still be loading their own trucks and you'll just be wasting your time. Guys there are easy enough to work with. If it wasn't for the tight inside dock they would get 5 stars.”

Sometimes, it can be hard to get a hold of someone on the phone. They also got rid of a lot of the processed meat selection that used to be available.Note: their Sunday hours are now 10 am to 5 pm.”

“This place is the best! I needed 18 chickens (yes 18!) of similar weight and size for a rotisserie bbq event. I requested and happily received exactly what I needed. The quality of the chickens was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the store has a wonderful vibe. These folks are serious about great food. Cannot wait until I get try some other dishes, quite especially their greek marinaded lamp chops! No disappointments here!”

“Love this location took me one hour to get here on bus from Skokie but was completely worth it. Only went for the food court on the second floor! I orders myself spicy pork, that was delicious got it with great side of fish cakes and kimchi. I did not know what the third side was but it was ok. The place is big and the staff was great! Also will not hurt your wallet like some Chicago location that charger like 20 dollars plus for spicy pork.”

“Easter March 31, 2024 EASTER!! I had the most wonderful experience and it is because of your staff. First of all, I should have gone to Caputo's first for my Easter dinner. Mariano's was sold out and everywhere else was too expensive.I ran into an employee named Chef Joey. Chef Joey was outstanding in every way. Joey listened to what I wanted to buy and spend, he offered suggestions and came through for me and my family.The ham, beans and different potatoes were a huge hit. All the food was packaged hot and fresh. My only mistake was that I did not come to Caputo's in Norridge first.Chef Joey is one of your finest stars at Caputo's. “Kendall greeted me at th3 door to acknowledge I came in. I told her I wanted a bone in ham. What were my options. 8 pounds was I interested in? I said maybe seven or eight pounds. She went into the refrigerator more than once to show me the size of the ham and the Turkey breast and I appreciate that. I like to see the shape to see how small or big it is, so I can see if it would feed my family. I appreciate all the hard work. I was amazed on how much knowledge she had of the honey baked ham store, plus how much temperature to put in the oven, and how to serve it. I was like wow, and she gave me a piece of paper. That also has information on how to cook and serve ham and turkey. I also noticed that she was always smiling. She really loves her job, She was friendly and polite. I appreciate all that That definitely would encourage me to come back. This was my first time ever coming and she made it very pleasant. Thank you soon much.”

“Amazing authentic Mexican food. I spent a lot of time in my early years in Texas. When we moved to midwest, we couldn’t find any authentic Mexican food. Get the rojo pork tamales, either at the hot food section or the cold food in the fridge. They taste like homemade with perfect spiciness. Love it! Even the tamales served at the nearby Mexican restaurant, close to Jimenez couldn’t make delicious juicy and spicy tamales. I ordered Quisado Puerco at the taqueria, simply delicious and comforting. Huge portion, you can have 3 servings out of this giant portion. I’m still in disbelief that authentic Mexican food can be found here in the grocery store taqueria. A pack of 6 hot tamales at the hot food section is $7.99 and the same exact 6 cold tamales at the fridge section is $6.99. The tamales were so juicy and full of meat. Couldn’t be happier to find this hidden gem.”

Plus, the meat has been trimmed well and clean up. Either the steak or chicken, it’s always nicely presented. Very satisfied with the meat quality.”

We drove out to prospect heights from Antioch and got 4 each of the beef and chicken kababs. They were VERY pleasant and helpful. Lovely folks. The kababs were the BOMB! I grilled them per the instructions given by the people at ascot and they were tender and delicious. Definitely will visit again. Highly recommended.”
