“This place never disappoints me regardless how far of a drive it is for me to get here on the weekends. Every time I come to the burbs to visit family, I will always stop by Mitsuwa for the ramen at Santouka followed by a Hokkaido milk tea from ReLeaf cafe. The restaurants at Mitsuwa are so legit, but my ultimate favorite will always be Santouka. I love how the shio ramen is so good that you can actually drink the broth without it being too rich as well as the salmon roe rice is like a perfect match when you get the set and I can't forget the egg either. The staffs are always really nice and service is quick as well.”

“We visited this BOA branch the day after Thanksgiving break, and were in a bind as we were way behind on a home closing. The floor manager that unlocked the door ushered us in and took care of us the literal second the bank opened. We had a 9:30 appointment but they were able to take us 20 minutes early, before anyone had even had their morning coffee. Our banker was Hema, and because of her and the rest of the staff here, we were able to make our 10am closing. We've been to some bad BOAs, usually getting to our appointments early but getting helped half an hour late, but this branch has been the best we've had the pleasure of visiting. The staff here are high quality, cordial, and supremely efficient. Thank you all so much for your help!”

“This is a very, very busy PNC bank, the cars for drive-up windows have backed up thru the lot and onto Montrose many times. So before pulling into the line and getting stuck in line, take a look to see how many cars are waiting. The 1st of the month and Saturdays are usually the busiest days. The tellers are very polite and efficient.”

“I had the pleasure of dealing once again with Dina Eliopoulos. The first time I had her, I had such a good experience, and I was blessed once again to get her second time. She gave me great customer service with a smile. She’s very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, with no pressure at all. I also noticed another asset of this beautiful person her coworker, Nataliya Kalaydzhieva. The two of them work so well together, and all I did was laugh. I told him they were so good together, and I want to come in just to sit and watch the show when I have nothing to do. These two are truly an asset for your company and I thank you for hiring them. The other lady behind the counter as a teller just sat and watched and didn’t get involved or say anything so I didn’t feel she was part of the team. Not like Natalia and Dina.”

“I recently had a terrible experience with the clinic at Walgreens near my house. I decided to switch it up and try out the minute clinic at CVS. Even though it's about a 15 minute drive away from my house, the service was absolutely worth the trip and I will be coming back. I had scheduled an appointment, when I showed up, no one was in the waiting room. Pretty much as soon as I checked in on the kiosk, I was called in to get taken care of. I dealt with two ladies. One was the nurse practitioner, and I am not sure the title of the first lady. Both were extremely professional, kind and friendly. Their demeanor made me feel at ease. I spent most of the time with the nurse practitioner, who was extremely thorough with telling me exactly what she was going to do, and all the necessary protocol. I had a really great experience here and will continue to come here as needed.”
“The service manager here is amazing (i.e. the person I talked to on the phone). My phone call was around noon on a Tuesday. She was very patient and thorough answering my different questions about notary services, even though I am not an accountholder. I didn't know it was free, but she told me it was free and didn't try to upsell me. I also wanted to schedule weirdly far ahead, and she had no issue with that. She was very proactive in reaching out to the notaries I needed, and making sure that they would be able to fulfill my specific request.”

“04/01/23 - The second stop on our April Fools Day Tour was Citi Bank in Dempster to freeze a joint account she has w/her brother that lives in the Philippines. This account was set up before he moved back to the Philippines for good when he retired. For him it simplified banking transactions so they opened they opened a joint account so she could help out with transactions that had to occur in the US. The visit here was more of a precaution incase any fraudulent activity occurs in the future”
