Never walked in and not been acknowledged, always a hello, can I help you. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. A great example of a small town hardware store.

They have amazing service, it’s a good small town hardware store, I prefer it more then Menards or any bigger place, hardware hanks is the best hardware store I’ve been to.

As a new resident with a very old house I've been amazed by the service. Very helpful with local connections as well.
