We broke down today on our way from Iowa City to Erie, Pa and Shane sent his dad to pick us up. He arrived within 25 minutes of our call and took us to a repair shop to have it checked out and then took us to a dealership. Very courteous, kind and helpful! Shane is truly remarkable! We had an unfortunate incident where our Audi hit an object on the road, causing our tire to blow out a mile later. Luckily, Shane was there to lend a hand, despite just returning from a long 15-hour road trip.His swift response and tire-changing skills were swift. Shane effortlessly switched our tires in no time, saving us from further inconvenience. Super responsive I didn't hear the tow truck line "with in the hour"they said they would be right there... and they were. Towed our vehicle over 100 mines and gave our guy a ride back and very courteous.won't hesitate to use then again. Nice pricing too

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!Shane is The Man. He was one of the nicest and most fair individuals I (You?) will ever encounter in this industry.My friend somehow got stranded in a snow drift in one of the most obscure parts of the planet (Boofoo IL), so much so that the first truck got stuck itself.When the second one did as well, he took it upon himself to make it happen (as I did not know how), contacting local non-emergency law and plow services to help dig my friend and everyone else out.This man went above and beyond for an absolute stranger, and I was not even the person stuck in the snow!
