If you're looking for honest salesman/service techs with used cars avoid this place. Ended up getting a used jeep compass from them and I've never had more problems with a vehicle before than I've had with this one. The overall buying experience was bad tried saying the car didn't feel right there was a ticking that started a day after driving thinking the 3 day law was still a thing. We'll it's not or at least not with them. Gotta get their commission even on the lesser cars. Tech didn't even look at the jeep when I brought it back the seller had me pop the hood and said sounds normal to him and nothing I could do about it. He also said the secert to cars are to kust keep driving them to keep them running. Seriously? Ya i planned on buying it to keep it as a collectible. They slid the warranty for an extra 3k saying it would help get loan through and all together a 5k car would be 11k by the time payments are done. The jeep wasn't detailed either dirty on the inside and had to bring it back another day for a cleaning. Why post it if the vehicle wasn't clean to begin with? Anyway drove it a few months ticking and a rattle started. Took it in for an oil change and to get the sounds looked at and was told bearing in the alternator but good news!! The tech reached out to the warranty company for me and it would be in soon. Fast forward 2 months later and multiple calls to Prescotts asking about it and kept being told the same thing there's no ETA on parts there backed up. So I called the warranty people myself and there was no call for me on behalf of Prescott and no ticket made for parts. So I was lied to for 2 months while the noise got worse. Not even a year later I've had the front end suspension replaced, 2 alternators put on, and transmission just blew with only 10k on the engine since buying it. The shop i take it to now was surprised with everything going on with the Jeep especially not having it a year yet and coming from a dealership who supposedly check everything and made sure it was selling ready. I understand techs can't catch everything but from the sellers to the techs lying and all the other issues it's just insane. Maybe I'm just unlucky but I wouldn't send my worse enemy here for a car.

Updated Review: dropped my car off at 8am for oil change and tire rotation this morning. Got busy and forgot about it. 5:15pm Never got a call that it was done and to pick it up & the dealership closed. What kind of service is that??
5 Stars for Johnny Ray, he is the guy you want to see if you are buying a car. He is a great guy, we had a very good experience with him. More importantly than the purchase experience is that he goes the extra mile for his customers after the purchase. We would highly recommend going to him!

On Wednsday June 05 we went to see 2011 Ford Escape 4 cyl engine in Prescott Brothers Ford dealer and salesperson told us that it was sold last monday June 03. Today is Thursday June 06 and we see the vehicle is still for sale on the market. We made 750 mile round trip to see this veficle. This is the dealer's negligance and should inform customers what is available in this dealer. Making this trip we waste the time, money and it is very bad fot the inviroment, because we used 2 tanks of gas. Somebody could say we could make a phone call and it was the easy way to do. But we trusted the dealer, because it has good ratings and it is Ford dealer. The question is why this vehicle is still on the market when was already sold 4 days ago?

Best car buying experience I've had by far was buying my truck from these guys. I told the salesman I was only interested in buying a truck, not a bunch of extras and warranties to go with it. He barely even mentioned any of them, let alone try to sell them to me. I told the salesman what finance terms I wanted and requested they minimize running my credit. They got me exactly what I wanted and only ran my credit twice, which is unheard of when financing through a dealership. Finance manager actually recommended against GAP insurance, which is also unheard of even if you don't need it. I also traded in a vehicle that I was originally going to sell privately, since they offered me more for it than I was asking. My only minor gripes is that the salesman promised a full tank of gas and an underhood detail, and neither had been done when I picked up the truck. Still five stars.

I went to Prescotts service department after being screwed around by another dealership on scheduling. At first Brandon was very professional, friendly and earned my trust, THAT WAS SHORT LIVED. I will never do business with this place again and as someone who owns a small, but fast growing local company I was hoping for a good outcome to keep my business local however after this experience I'm unsure of that being the case. I dropped my truck off with them on Oct. 24/26 expecting them to actually diagnose my problem and turn into aftermarket warranty for them to come out and do there inspection as this particular warranty company does, HOWEVER THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! The technician only simply pulled the dipstick verified metal shavings were on it and tried to get warranty to replace said transmission at a tune of $8,000 dollars naturally warranty wanted to know what part failed exactly and how bad the damage was. This then took them 4 more days to bring my vehicle back inside just to drop the transmission oil pan and let it sit for a couple more days waiting for the warranty inspector to come out and verify the issues and take the required pictures on a Friday. It than took them until Wednesday the following week to get the approval from warranty to do the job. Brandon than scheduled to have my truck done and back to me on Thursday Nov. 16th without even having the part to know for sure it would be done that day. Weds. Nov. 15th I get a phone call and told they don't have the part and my truck won't be finished on Thursday that they would call me as soon as they had the part and would get my truck in to get it finished. On Monday Nov. 20th I reached out to them because I hadn't heard anything and was told that they had received my transmission, but it would be ANOTHER 2 weeks Nov. 30th-Dec. 1st before I got my truck back because they simply didn't have time to get to it. I than suggested just putting fluid back in the transmission so I can use my truck as it was still driving when I dropped it off, and own a small business and need my truck to work and had already been out of my truck for a month, and I would bring it back to them on Nov. 29th for the Nov. 30th appointment. I was than informed that if they did I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A SIGNIFICANT DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH THIS JOB IS BEING FOR BY WARRANTY AND IM ONLY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY $100 DEDUCTIBLE. Moral of the story never do business with BRANDON JOHNSON OR PRESCOTT BROTHERS FORD if you plan on a simple transmission swap to only take AT MOST a week and a half. Because it will take much longer and you will be made to feel like the A**hole when you call them out on their BS. By the way these clowns still have my truck and it doesn't look like I'm going to have it back anytime soon.
