This is long overdue, but my experience in purchasing a Chevy Spark was nothing but positive. Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure, fair prices, easy to work with. And Dustin was awesome. I will certainly purchase my next vehicle from Piehl.

My mother is 74 years old and Piehl took advantage of her. They ripped her off with a junk car and refused to take it back. They wasted 6 months going back and forth eventually charging her more money to put in a "new" engine. It was not new it was used. They could have just given her the money back and taken their crap vehicle but instead they wanted to nickel and dime her. By the time she told me about it, it was 5 months into the process. She paid for the vehicle, paid for a used motor then after all their crap the car had an issue with a battery drain. They tried to sponge another $1000 off her to get that repaired. Turns out it was just a wiper motor. $100 or so in parts. What a bunch of crooks. Never go here.

We recently bought our 2012 Buick Enclave at Piehl Motors. We were helped by both Matt & Big John. We really appreciated that they weren't pushy & helped us make the best decision. I had a front camera replaced in my car. To get to it they had to remove the cover. When doing so they cracked the cover. Now I am being told I have to pay$144 to replace the cover. Very disappointed. Poor service here.

Highly recommend piehls! he was giving me advice on what would be best for my situation as far as a college student working full time, a car that would be reliable and still in my budget with payments and great on gas too! He let me look at any car I was interested in and did not push me to any one certain car and left the choice up to me, great customer service!!! Will be recommending family and friends here in the future I am very pleased!!!

My mom just bought a car at Piehl and they were amazing! They helped her out with test driving all different vehicles to find her the best one! Cj worked very hard to find my mom the perfect car in her price range! I plan on going to Piehl when I start looking for a vehicle. I give them 5 stars!
