Your Pekin store is a disgrace, customer service is horrible, the soda machine hasn’t worked in over 8 months.The place always looks like it’s in a shambles, dirty floors, dust on the products.I phoned in a complaint about a very rude employee and other concerns was told the District manager would get back with and NEVER called back.Finally seen him today and pointed out how badly the place has become when I tried to tell him his soda machine has been out months he denied the complaint until I had to show him the water coming out of it.The prior District Manager, Tim, NEVER would have allowed this to go on for this long.I’ll take the hundreds of dollars my family and I spend there a block up the road until this neglect is attended to.

Hope this message gets to the owner for this establishment. I had pass by for gas and rest stop had driven for 5 hrs and purchase drink and candies. Therefore I am a customer. The people at the register a woman and her son. They were so rude to us. My husband grab an AD newspaper not knowing he had to pay for it and the woman close the newspaper on him and rudely said did you pay for the news paper my husband said no I didn’t know I had to pay but I’ll pay.
