Tracy at AutoZone Princeton just saved me a nice chunk of cash and gave me the confidence to diy my dad's car. I am taking care of it now for medical reasons, and I came in the store not sure where to start to get a gross smell out of the cabin. She helped me and guided me through the steps. Didn't push any one product, and didn't grab the most expensive brand; she gave me the advice and products I NEEDED. You have a loyal customer for life now! You made an intimidating project a moment of victory for me. Thanks Tracy!

We were traveling across country. Our battery light came on. Toyota dealership and farm and fleet were no help. We went to auto zone in Princeton, IL and Tracy not only helped right away but tested and verified the battery and gave us the tools to switch out a new battery. She was awesome!!! Thank you for getting us back on the road in 15 min!

The entire staff greeted me with a smile. I came in after getting terrible customer service at the competition, and autozone exceeded my expectations. I was in and out with the part I needed and couldn't be happier with the service. I won't be shopping with the competition any longer.

Went in to return commercial account and Store Manager Tracy was completely out of line. I made a comment about her being grumpy towards customers and Tracy made threats. AutoZone do better. Or Tracy Do better. Take your business somewhere else.

I stopped in a few weeks ago and purchased some exhaust parts. The lady who waited on me was extremely helpful and pleasant.I went in today to return one of the parts that I did not end up using and the same lady was there working. Unfortunately I had lost the receipt, I told her that I would be happy to do a return for in store credit. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her and seemed a bit condescending, to be honest. I nearly turned around and walked out, but I stayed and she did end up begrudgingly providing me with an in-store gift card.Then I asked another store associate if they had any vapor canister filter paper, it would be for a 1977 MGB, but I think any 5” round paper filter media would work. He typed in my vehicle info and said sorry we don’t have anything. I asked if he could do a general search within their system, I had seen it listed for sale on the Autozone website for a different vehicle make/model and could not remember what it was for but it seemed like it would work. Again he said he couldn’t help. Zero problem solving skills apparently.So to be honest a 3/5 is a fair review. I’ll probably be shopping at O’Reillys from now on.

The employees Bill and Tracy helped us out close to closing time when our headlight went out. They were very polite and helpfull! We got it swapped out and had a safe drive home. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience.

Great Auto parts store, with a large selection of Auto Parts, wiper blades, motor oil, lubricants, tools, car & truck batteries. Lawn tractor batteries. Went in to the store at 8::00 PM they helped get my auto parts quickly. Fast friendly knowledgeable auto parts sales people. I got fast friendly customer service.
