Every time I received a birthday card it’s open because I think it’s money in it. I sent a card to my niece in Florida. They opened a card. I sent a letter with money in it. They open that up and took the money out so the post office are stealing people shit and they delivering their shit open

there was a woman at the front counter, and it was 8:30 am. I was waiting there in the lobby 10 minutes before she walks away out of sight and proceeds to go hide..i even said hello, excuse me, to try to get her attention but it was no use. so i left due to having to go to work. very unprofessional, do not waste your time unless you want to go and be ignored

Don't understand why the USPS refund system is trash. Had an appointment for a passport, was charged for one money order to pay for the appointment fee and passport system shut down and my transaction wasn't canceled. Was made to go get a new money order to pay for my transactions(so basically I was double charged for a passport and never got a refund yet). Was issued a a money order, that I could only cash there and only there if they have the sufficient funds. Very unprofessional, wonder when they'll have the sufficient funds. Bc if they never have funds that means USPS is keeping my money and no one is doing anything about it. That's theft ! ( Call today to check, they were super busy yet not enough funds )

We've lived here for 19 years and the staff has always been great. We regularly mail packages to loved ones and they've always been helpful, courteous, and professional. Our mail couriers have always been the best too. Can't say enough great things about our Postal workers in Posen.
