Owners are always respectful and polite to me when I go into their store. Their gas is always reasonably priced and never varies more than 2-4 cents in either direction, from other gas stations near this location. You can get Lottery tickets & a car wash.

Their car wash broke my driver's side rear view mirror. The owner refuses to acknowledge it. He told me to leave and then he walked away. Never again will they get my business.
