So Mr Sade blocked my number after I was done paying but d issues with dis car was never fixed I am a very honest person I came true with his payment but now d dealership is avoiding my calls it’s soo unfair I trusted u all but it was about d down payment after which u all blocked me off ur mechanic said he would order d parts d charging sign on my screen was never fixed either I feel very bad with lots of regrets already
I bought d car so I can finally have peace of mind but instead u guys never came true.. I called yesterday I was asked to call back today .. will drive to ur office if need be cos it’s all frustrating.. snow is coming if this issues are not fixed I will be stranded And U all are avoiding me and it’s so sad… I wish I read all dis reviews b4 purchasing this car … pls do not TRUST dis people!!!!

Encounter with owner was a very bad one honestly, very egotistical. Makes you feel like he can treat you how he likes since he’s the “owner”. I just wanted to make sure the car was as it said it was and he got very defensive. 0/10

Very shady business men they are some liars and they sell you cars fresh from the auction. You think you getting a nice car but it’s a shell of its former self. When you request invoices of the so call repairs they will lie and say they don’t have it but a receipt when you ask for that they won’t get it to you . Please do your research before buying a car from them

DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM, terrible company they sell cars under terrible condition, and they make customers write good reviews so the good ones you see are before they had the car for a month after a month the car starts to break down and I'm not the only one this place needs to be shut down ASAP. They need to start to learn how to take accountability.

DON”T SHOP with them they trick you into buying a car with them and lye and tell you that the car is in good condition I bought the car a couple weeks ago and it already needs a new battery , thermostat , new rotors , and now it’s giving me engine problem's don’t fall for there nice attitudes all they do is lie .

First and foremost I would like to say they have really nice cars but even nice cars are lemons. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer, trust me y’all I am trying to save y’all frfr!All dealerships are designed to entice customers into walking off the lot with a car. In terms of Posen staff they all are positive, proactive, and approachable. BUT as stated it is all apart that mantra to entice customers. The employee that I had the chance to work with was Alex. Now I see a lot of positive reviews about Alex, and I must say he’s a committed worker but he messed me over BAD. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu from this dealership. Alex was very aware of all the defects and issues that this vehicle had. When I first even test drove the vehicle the service engine light was on. I was told it would be fixed and that it needed a slight tune up. I left the car in their care thinking it would be fixed and nothing was fixed. The spark plugs were BADLY worn out, the grille shutter was broken, the car had a leak, and he changed the battery and put in a used battery that wasn’t even designed to fit in my car. Every turn I looked up it was different issue with the car. I gave them chance after chance to fixed the issues with the car. Mind y’all I ain’t even have the car for 2 weeks. And they DID NOTHING. They came kept lying and saying certain issues were fixed when it wasn’t. They would give me a receipt lying to prove they brought parts when it wasn’t even a receipt it was a whole invoice. Then when I decided to bring the issue to management they gave me the runaround and never gave me a resolution to this lemon they sold me. This dealership is truly unprofessional and they sell you anything literally. Majority of the vehicles in the lot they got from auctions. They don’t even check every vehicle to make sure it’s in proper use and condition to be sold. I seen other vehicles I liked and one of them didn’t even start! All the vehicles are in seriously bad condition internally and externally. I seriously would not waste my time with this dealership. I would not lie or tarnish any company but this company isn’t worth the headache. If you read this far hopefully I saved you. I will be taking legal actions as a result to their unprofessionalism and improper behavior of lying and being deceptive to customers.Also all these 5 stars y’all see and good reviews … they tell there customers to do that in the process of selling.
