Unfortunately, they don't stand behind their product. I called them before purchasing, they made a recommendation and the product broke. The first broken one, they did provide a refund. I followed up with additional emails when the others broke and have not had a response since.

Highly recommended for Museum banners. I am pleased with the quality of the banners. Apart from this banners are budget friendly.

I have a Chicago flag and a Cubs "W" flag and both are extremely well done (great weight and the stitching is spot on). I fly them proudly in Denver when the Cubs win. I just ordered another "W" flag that I will be taking to Coors Field for the 3 game set in August. If you are looking for authentic Chicago- you cannot do better.

During my police academy I was tasked to get a class flag made. I contacted Advertising Flag Co. because of their specialty in custom made flags. It was a tough chore because I wasn't quite sure what the design should be. Somehow I had to incorporate multiple agencies, to fully represent all of the trainees in my class. Randy Smith was incredibly helpful in helping me design the flag and gave me a great price. He even came up with a more cost efficient way to produce the flag by combining a screen printed flag with sewn patches to represent the agencies. The end result was amazing! The class was in awe, and our instructors, who have seen their fair share of class flags, were floored. We even took a class picture with the flag and sent a thank you note in return. When we graduated, everyone signed the flag, including the instructors. It was framed and hung in the academy. Thank you Randy, and thank you Advertising Flag Company!

Awesome discovery! I wanted a City of Chicago Flag for my house and I wanted a GOOD one. It had to have the right shaped stars and right proportions. There are so many cheap knock offs made all over the world. This place makes the flags right here in Chicago they told me, and it's great quality. Sewed heavy duty nylon, cut shapes, it's FANTASTIC. I can't wait to fly this proudly. If I ever need another flag. I'm coming here.

I've purchased flags at a number of places in Chicago and this is the best product I've come across. Their flags and banners endure the weather's wear and tear. These are made in the USA too! So many US flags are not. I've also ordered custom banners and ribbons for my company and they came out beautifully, on time and at a competitive price. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service! I ordered (rented) 25 flags for a student conference at Northwestern University, and drove all the way down there to return them as scheduled. This location is difficult to find and is not in a safe neighborhood (I'm a young student transporting a car full of heavy flags and stands on my own). I arrived and no staff was on hand to accept my return!! I left several messages and did not receive a response until three days later, after I finally emailed the sales rep instead. They informed me that if I did not bring the flags back myself, my school would be invoiced for the full purchase price of 25 flags and stands. Since I'm graduating this week, I now need to hire an errand runner on my own dime to deliver these back so that we don't break our student conference budget with the full charge for flags. Do not use this company - I've since found out (after looking for alternatives for Northwestern University to utilize going forward) that there are better-priced flag companies in Chicago that are better located (safer neighborhoods / centralized or northern locations).
