I come to this truckstop all the time because it's near my home. The bathrooms were disappointing. The fan is got dust all over it there's dust on the walls in the corners. it's obvious the attention to detail is not being adhered to.On a positive note, food selection here is amazing and if you don't like what the flying J serves there is a Denny's on site and the Burger King next-door so there are plenty of food options. The staff is generally friendly, and the store is clean most of the time well-stocked.Every time I come here there's one or two homeless people sleeping in the drivers lounge,It's Saturday morning and there's no hot food available!

They employ racist employees who openly throw the 'n' word around when they're mad. Such a shame for an establishment that serves such a diverse crowd. Will definitely be spreading the word! Savanah Riggs at the Pontoon Beach location should be let go!

There is construction going on inside of this place which is super annoying, but other than that I have nothing bad to say about it. The food in the deli was good. Showers were very clean and the water got hot. It also had really good pressure! This is a good place to stop at for the night.

Be aware of eating the food there. I'm doing a 34h reset and I got food poisoning here. Also they only have cold showers. Disappointed

this place was a mixed bag. Seemed disorganized inside with the cashiers and such, but they were nice enough. On the gas pump side, it was not really camper friendly with the parking lot and the space for turns at the pump. It did the job in a pinch.

I stopped in for gas a restroom break and a nap in my car before proceeding with my Road trip. Pilot/Flying J is amongst my favorite travel centers. I found this draft so I felt I should finish the review and post it. So here it is.

This is a perfect place to take a break from driving and fill up gas, use the restroom, grab some coffee or maybe something to eat. The bathroom was really clean and they had enough options to eat. They even have a restaurant inside and game machines.

if your fuel is 50 cents higher than anywhere else, you could at least use that extra money to make sure your card readers worked.

I am a truck driver and I travel all 48 states. This has to be the worst Flying J, that I have ever been to. I understand that covid has not been kind to anyone. I understand that some places are understaffed. But us truckers come here for food, showers, and restrooms. I used the app for my shower. I get my code, I go to my shower. It's still being cleaned. I'm okay with this. But they decided to pull the cleaner to help up front. My code ran out of time. I ask for another code since my shower is still not cleaned. I get told that someone will be there. No new code, now there is 7 people waiting for a shower now. I will wait till I stop somewhere else. I'm glad I used up a credit instead of paying out of pocket. I will not go to this Flying J ever again.

Be careful truckers if you’re at the Flying J. I was there a few years ago when one this cities officers set me up and ticketed me. Then when I ask to speak to a supervisor he said ok but it’s his word against mine. It was a stupid failure to yield right of way ticket with no accident. This is the most poorly managed truck stop I have ever seen. They can't keep help to provide drivers showers let alone manage parking area or keep it clean. The GM is a joke. It's like they never heard of temp agencies who would gladly help them get staff to clean showers so drivers can get cleaned up. Never stopping here again. Stop at your own risk. F this place.
