I don't give reviews a lot but I had to give this one I Love Chucks and Ms Karen is awesome sauce. They have very good customer service I don't know how they are with other people I have told my friends and family. I have been taking my car to them since the beginning of the year and they have done me right. They are fast and they work with me and I work with them. I never catch them on their busy days and if I do I always wait a week or 2 to put in my appointment. When it comes to food, cars and working in or on the house I don't rush. I took my car to Chuck's for AC work. They did a diag for free and told me that the compressor was bad. They had all the work done the next day, and they even charged me less than the estimate! I was very happy with the work and customer service.

(Would Not Recommend) I’ve been a long time customer of chucks car care and I’ve always recommended them to others, however that is no longer the case. I dropped off my car and had my steering column fixed because it had been stolen and when I got it back, the buttons on the steering column no longer worked. I went in calmly to have a conversation with Karen because over the phone she told me the price and hung up. Immediately upon starting the conversation I was met with a rude & cold demeanor that said, “well what do you want us to do about it”. I said I think the right thing to do would be to fix it, is there anything you can do? She was not only angry immediately, but excessively rude with unnecessary comments even though I was very calm. I don’t know what has happened to this place, but I will not be doing business with them anymore and I would not recommend anyone go there. I’ve known Karen for years, but the way I was treated when they were in the wrong was an immediate 180 as if she never knew me at all. It’s really sad to see how far they’ve gone down hill and I honestly expected a lot more from a woman who’s twice my age, than to act like that.Service: Electrical

The best place to go in granite, hands down. We’d never go anywhere else unless we had to. They are honest and reliable. Karen is the sweetest lady I’ve ever known; and chuck and his sons are the most knowledgeable and helpful.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Chucks is the most honest best service auto repair shop hands down in the metro east area. Karen always greets you with a smile while Chuck and his 2 sins are superior auto technicians who always diagnose my issues and call to confirm before they begin work. Their work is prompt and dine correctly the first time. Strongly recommend these guys!!!!
