Everytime I have a package delivered thru the post office they tell me they don't know where my package is and last time they tried that champagne distribution center said this post office had my package the entire time

In the last month 3 of my neighbors have had my package delivered to them. We live on a dead-end with 8 homes. I can't believe it's that hard to find my address! Good thing I have honest neighbors!

Usps needs to hurry up and go bankrupt. Horrible customer service. Make sure the competition delivers your mail so you actually get it delivered.

I have had 3 separate emails for packages that said the post office delivered to my po box or address that I never recieved. In the last 3 months!!!!!! I went to the post office with the printed out emails and tracking #s and NOTHING!!!

Poor service & very rude to costumers. Having issues receiving our packages and told them what the problem was and they were very rude about it. No effort what’s o ever.

We had 2 packages to mail. None of the boxes there were the rightsize but the clerk found one in the back that would work if we cut it down. Which we came home and did. Both packages were sent. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. In these stressful days we apprecite that.

Website shows a delivery time of 8pm on sept 6 when i was supposed to have it delivered by sept 4th, and my package has been in Illinois the entire time just 2 hours away.
