I’ve lived in Pontiac for 18 years now and have only visited this salon twice. I can’t remember my experience years ago, but I just visited again today. While the ambience and decor of the salon is cluttered and “lived in,” I was impressed by the nail tech who did my nails. I got gel polish with French tips for my hands and feet. She was very meticulous and detailed and did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. I appreciate the attention to detail. Also, you can’t go wrong with the price. Only $95 for both the manicure and the pedicure. That’s an amazing price!

Love this place! Tony and Terry always do great work! Also they have a black cat that is the sweetest! I always enjoy getting my nails done here!

Moved to the area about a year ago I got tired of driving an hour to my regular place. Everyone suggested here and I’m glad I came. My nails care out perfect now I don’t need to drive an hour away when this place is 15 mins from me. Love it!

I walked in at 2 o'clock and asked if I could get an appointment. The owner told me that they were booked up for the day. I asked if they could recommend me to some other shop because I was only in town for the weekend. He quickly talked to his mom and they made appointment for me that day. Ti (tea) was so sweet and helpful. Great massage. Nails look great!! Highly recommend this locally owned business!

My nails were cut so short they were burning when I put them back into the water! Never was asked how I wanted them, they throbbed for hours that’s how short they were and when he topped it off with candy pink they stuck out so bad:( I won’t be wearing open toe sandals for a long time….. probably all summer for them to grow back that’s how bad they are!No hot towel wrap :( the massage was so painful pressed very hard on the front of my shins and my toes and ankle bones never touched the bottoms of my feet and the massage chair was awful if I had been trying to figure it out (it was broken only two buttons worked) maybe I would have realized all the cutting that was happening it was such an awful experience…. Communication was awful I can’t believe I waited over a week to get an appointment that would work around my schedule for this :( so disappointingService: Pedicure

RUDE.Not one customer in the place @4:30pm! I was ignored when I walked in two employees on their phones. I was told that they didn't have time for a polish change and a manicure.I will not recommend nor will I return!

Normally I would have given this business a high rating but the unprofessionalism in the response I had gotten when my polish started cracking less than a week later and they didn’t want to do anything about it, I will not be returning to this nail salon. Sad when you’ve been a returning customer and it seems like they couldn’t careless if you went and took your business elsewhere. Had to push and express my disappointment, where a refund was finally issued when all I really cared about was them fixing my nails. Didn’t really care much for a refund, just to stand by their work.Service: Acrylic nails
