“I have traveled thousands of miles on the road and have stopped at umpteen gas stations. This is not overly special compared to the Wally's and Shell across from it. But I gotta say, it definitely has the freshest smelling bathroom I have ever been in! That made this stop worthwhile- kudos to the staff for that, and thank you!!”

“We are snowbirds from Canada, and on a recent trip to Phoenix Arizona, we stopped at the Pontiac Shell for gas and a break. We had a coffee and a delicious sweet bun, then carried on. Upon arriving at our hotel in St. Louis, we realized our credit card was missing. My wife suggested we call shell gas and see if it was left there. We spoke with a young lady name Angela, who confirmed they had found the credit card so I asked her if it would be possible to mail it to us in Arizona. NO PROBLEM was her response! Once we arrived in Arizona, we found the credit card waiting for us. We want to thank Angela. for the time she spent looking for the card and then being courteous enough to mail it to us. It certainly saved a lot of time contacting visa to have them cancel our card and send out a replacement. Hats off to Angela for a tremendous job. We look forward to stopping there on the way back. “We usually get their pizza only when they have the specials going on. Taco pizza, breakfast pizza & the chicken bacon one are really good. Not a huge fan of their wings or breadsticks. I also grab a slice every now and then if I’m on the go and want a quick bite.”

“Best bathrooms on I-55 period. Clean and stocked always. And I’ve been driving this road for 30+ years back and forth to visit family.
Also the coke icee machine works 99% of the time and there’s fun gifts, camping supplies, and snacks, healthier options too. Do not miss.”
