Never any staff and when there is they’re always rude, one staff member followed me into the bathroom one night to make sure I scanned in which felt like an invasion of privacy. Never see it actually cleaned either which is weird since there’s a yearly “cleaning” charge.

How are you a full service gym when the women's "locker room" doesn't even have hot water lol waste of money

Unfortunately this place has fallen off a lot. Staff is seemingly more often than not nowhere to be found, and lately come off as standoffish or annoyed to even be there (especially the newer staff).
