Very rude staff and or management, we just moved in a new place so we figured to shop around for some kitchen things we forgot like a pitcher for tea /khool aid , we go in and before we start looking my boyfriend asked if they have them to save waisted time..the cashier Judy I believe (that’s her name tag ) snapped to my boyfriend ” does it look like we have a kitchen section? “ then scoffed .My jaw dropped …My boyfriend proceeded to look despite her being very rude , I stood up by the counter on my phone while he looked (it’s a small store ) so as he keeps looking I hear her SAY to ANOTHER CUSTOMER!! “ what’s the matter with him he can’t read then laughed “”!!!! My jaw dropped YET AGAIN I’m lookin at her at this point , I said to her if this is how you treat people you must not get a lot of business told my bf let’s go then proceed to walk out the door empty handed and appalled. hands down worst customer service who are you ON THE CLOCK to DEGRADE a customer to ANOTHER !!!

The Manager is very rude at the Pontiac Illinois location. She hollered at me because I asked her if she could throw a drink away. She told me not to throw it away outside either. So do you tell every customer they can't throw drinks away in the outside garbage can while your back is turned? I will never return to that store again.

The manager at dollar general in pontiac il was very very rude, she does not need to be in a position where she has to deal with the public everyday, my family and I will never return to this store
