The GM or hiring manager was very rude in phone call. Kept cutting me off when trying to ask simple questions. Very aggressive
and snippy attitude towards customers and is not a customer friendly environment. I would not recommend caseys to anyone that lives in the pontiac area unless you would like to get sharp dagger words thrown at you. I'm highly irate at how this gm/hiring manager is still in management position goes to show you that you don't have to be intelligent or courteous to the community and its people.

Over 15 years of expected or above from this location. First disappointment last night. Ordered a fairly simple "famous" taco, a pepperoni, and a bread sticks. Sticks were fine. Pepperoni was 5 Ron's one a slice and 0 on the next slice. Taco was about half the tomatoes and less than 2 slices worth of chip dust on the whole large pizza with only 5 packets of taco sauce for a 12 slice pie. Hopefully this was just a one off bad night and not something that happens again.

This Casey's is clean and has good food but all of the cashiers are absolutely terrible. 2/7/24 I waited in line long enough with my slice of pizza that when I finally got to my vehicle it was cold. There were about 12 people in line, 2 cashiers working but only 1 cash register. The cashiers are all so clueless I wonder how they put their shoes on each day, im guessing someone helps them.

The men’s restroom was super nasty and disgusting today 1/23/24. More than just dirty floors because of the weather. It looks like no one has really cleaned it properly in a long time. Gross. There were employees stocking shelves and an employee at the counter. Everyone just seemed very cold and like they hated their jobs. Not the typical experience when I go to other Casey’s locations. That restroom really needs addressed. Super disgusting. Shameful.

We usually get their pizza only when they have the specials going on. Taco pizza, breakfast pizza & the chicken bacon one are really good. Not a huge fan of their wings or breadsticks. I also grab a slice every now and then if I’m on the go and want a quick bite.

I just tried the new thin crust pizza. It was good as a pizza from Chicago. I highly recommend irying it.

I was standing in line waiting my turn. There was a lady checking out and the worker was SO rude. You could tell her attitude towards this lady was uncalled for. She didn't understand what employee was saying and wasn't pushing the correct button on the credit card screen and facial expression and voice was very disrespectful.

I came here to get gas, printer at pump didn't work. Went inside to get receipt and registers were down! I specifically came here (out of my way!) to get points from my receipt. What a joke!!

I worked here for 2 weeks and after day 1 I seen how they treated there employees it's sad they don't appreciate hard working ppl that's why they go thru so many employees

Just stopped to get some pizza and they did not have sausage pizza. Moses went out of his way to make sure they had one coming out and he three pieces for me. Thank you Moses!

I worked there for about 5 months in the kitchen, at first it was pretty nice but after months went by the oven would stop working every once in a while because it is never cleaned, the managers aren't good, I remember one time we had to use a wrench to turn a can opener for like a week cause the managers kept "forgetting" to buy a new one. But tbh, the nightshift people there are very nice. I don't really recommend working there unless if you wanna hard time. The food isn't to bad there though.
