We have bought 5 appliances from Knies this year. We have been pleased with their knowledge, the availability and the delivery to Freeport. Their prices were similar to Menards or Lowes and the shopping experience was far better. I strongly suggest checking out Knies for appliance purchases.

The sales person was very helpful.We were given several options to choose from, and left to ourselves to make an informed decision.The cost of our new refrigerator was inline to what we found at other stores and online. But at the store we were able to touch and see the product, and not just hope that what we ordered is what we wanted and needed.Delivery went smoothly. Drew and his partner were friendly, and didn't seem to have any personal issues with having to dismantle the old and new refrigerators to get them through our narrow door.We (our family) prefer to shop and purchase from locally owned and operated stores.We were glad to find Knie Appliance.

Our family experience with Knie was great nobody bothered us will we were looking. They also were right there too answer all of are questions. Very easy laid back place very happy.
