I am late with my review, but it is important for me to share with everyone how North End Auto & Tire was there for me and my family. We needed a quick oil change while in Sterling before taking our daughter to the airport the next morning so we stopped at Walmart. By the time we got back from Sterling, oil was leaking everywhere. We called North End Auto. Although they were closing in 15 min, they told us to come in. They pulled our vehicle in quickly, and identified and rectified the issue. Walmart had installed the wrong oil filter. Not only was it the incorrect filter, but it was the wrong size. Walmart techs smashed it down in order to install it. After installing the correct filter and checking that all was safe, North End bagged the wrong filter for us to take back to Walmart to receive a refund, which we did. They are a true community family-run business. Truly, Thank you North End Auto and Tire. We appreciate it.

My vehicle was left wide open sitting in the parking lot n my rear view mirror was sitting on my shifter. My gas tank is near empty now. Dropped it off to get fixed n my property was damaged n they even added things to fix/replace just to jack the bill up. If I could rate a zero I would.

I did some work on my car, myself brakes tire rods, new tires. I got a wheel alignment and they were nice enough to show me as I asked to see how the alignment was and what they needed to do and sure enough I was driving it and it felt a lot better. My car drives better and I use it all the time, so I'm very thankful I would come back for another wheel alignment in the future and I recommend this business

My mower wasn't working my son could not figure it out. We called them to come help look at it since his grandfather this grandfather was quite busy. They came figured out what the problem was showed my son. They were very professional and kind.
