In the few minutes I’ve been here, I witnessed them start a customers vehicle before adding the oil to it. They know I saw it but said nothing to him. Then they made customers wait because the individual that can take payments via debit/ credit was across town. I’d come here again if I didn’t care about my vehicle or time. I felt bad for the lady waiting, she remained pretty calm for having to wait as long as she did.

BEWARE USING THIS SHOP! The last two times I've been there the tech that did my oil change did not tighten the oil filter enough and my car leaked oil everywhere once the filter loosened over some time. I took photos and did a video of all of this. Oil changes are one of the basic operations you can do. The only reason I don't do it myself is because it's not much more money to just have one else do it. I will never use this place again though. Ive been in the auto industry for nearly 20 years. This is just incompetence in my opinion. I called to tell them what they did and the person who answered was very nice and apologetic, which was nice to hear him not make excuses for their poor work and blame it me or something else. They wanted to correct it but this point I wouldn't let them touch my bicycle let alone my vehicle. Being nice after the fact that they couldn't do an oil change correctly doesn't help that they still caused oil to leak everywhere. Beside that I fixed it myself. He asked if the manager could call me back in 20 minutes, though pointless, I agreed. Over an hour and half later with no call back, which doesn't really surprise. Absolutely amazing! I work in Plano, but commute about 45 min away. Needed my front brakes done ASAP, on a Saturday. Not only were they able to get me in, but pricing was fair and could be completed same day. I offered to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours because of work, and they literally dropped the car off to me because I work nearby.5/5 will be back to do rear brakes and oil change in the future! The service was fast and friendly! For sure. The only disappointment was the price. It's completely my fault. I did not ask beforehand. It was done in minutes but the bill was $92 for something that the quick change in Sandwich just now phone-quoted $61. Ask the right questions or pay the penalty. Lesson learned.Service: Oil change

A relatively small operation that is by their own report only seven years established but it is hands-down above par in terms of service and cost in our area. I have gotten the oil changed in all three of our cars over the last three weeks and they are always quick, courteous, and professional. $75 for a full synthetic change in about five minutes- hard to beat imo. They also sell and replace wipers, balance the tires, and can replace lights if they are able to. All at minimum cost to the customer as well. I will continue using Quick Care for oil changes and minor fixes and I would highly recommend them for similar needs in the Yorkville/Plano immediate area.

We brought our truck to Plano Quick Care to have new rotors and new brake pads installed this past August and at the beginning of December ,we heard a grinding sound coming from the front of the truck, we made an appt the next day with the closest auto shop to find out what was causing the noise. After investigating, they found the two front brake pads were installed incorrectly, the inners were placed on the outside and the outers were placed on the inside. Which caused a heat crack in the brake pads and damaged to the rotors, we had new brake pads installed again and they re surfaced the rotors . We went to Plano Quick Care, to show Oscar, the manager , the original brake pads with the heat cracks and the pictures of what the mechanic found regarding the incorrectly installed brake pads and it was documented on paperwork from an ASE Certified automotive location. We wanted him to make things right and at least offer funds to help pay for part of the new install and not a $130.00 in-store credit. Oscar, decided that we didn't give him a fair shake by not coming to him first to have the problem fixed . First of all, we didn't not know the brake pads or rotors were the problem since they are less then 4 months old and after finding that out ,put yourself in our shoes, why would I bring my truck back to your location where your mechanics are the ones who created the problem by not correctly installing the brake pads on the truck. I do not recommend this place due to employees not be properly trained to work in the automotive industry and have caused us more problems with our Truck.
