I love Menards it’s a go to place for me and my family they always have things we are looking for in any season. I especially love holiday seasons always have Halloween Christmas accessories up and ready to buy.

HORRIBLE!Arrived at gate at 7:02 am for 9:00 am appt. Went to building 221 to check in. Parked in staging area at 7:25 am to wait for a call with dock assignment. After waiting here for SEVEN HOURS, they finally call at 1:58 pm to assign a dock. We docked at 2:13 pm. They called saying they were finished unloading an 2:24 pm. They said the paperwork was in the back of the trailer, but couldnt find it. Now trying to contact someone to locate the paperwork. This place totally ridiculous and unprofessional. They wasted our entire day sitting here and it took TEN MINUTES to actually unload us. This place seriously needs to reevaluate their practices. They are only getting one star because it's required to leave this review.

Despite many negative reviews they were pretty fast, delivery in and out with tarps in 2h. Lucky they to have covered spaces for untarping!

Avoid at all cost, got here at 12:45 pm only truck over here it’s 3:23 and just now starting to unload me. A where people don’t want to work I guess!

Very slow. Been here for 2hr to unload 2 skids. Not very driver friendly. My day does not revolve around menards. ??

Great place. The person at the guard gate was informative, polite, and conversational. Easy in, a d easy out. Was treated with respect. That's the way distribution centers should be everywhere.

Came here 12 hours before my appointment time got door in 20 mins,30 mins to unload,,not sure about overnight parking but place is huge

Delivered 12 hour early,the guard check was very nice and helpful.The guys at building 225 was nice and unload in 45 minutes. I recommend come here they have overnight parking ,24/7 receiving.

As a first come, first serve policy Menard's practices they might need to look up the definition again. I arrived at 8:07am to deliver a load and it's now 2:23pm and I'm still waiting to finish unloading. I've seen people come in after I checked in and they've come and gone yet I'm still here. And yes I've been inside twice to verify they hadn't forgotten I was here still waiting.... Not a good business etiquette in my book. Not to mention time is money except when sitting here waiting for others to do their job.
