What an absolute joke this office is, as we were actually turned away because no one there knew how to work with a small, one person business. Our appointment was made a week in advance, and we explained exactly what was needed... very basic preparation/filing service for a sole proprietor with nothing more than minor expenses, one health insurance form, and income/mileage numbers which we had already totaled for them. The condescending attitude they impart lacks any shred of professionalism, and is utterly devoid of empathy for those who do not work in their industry. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of actual experts out there.

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience here. When we booked the appointment online, we were not informed that the online profile does not connect to the offices. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful and inquisitive meanwhile my husband and I had a binder of paperwork and had brought our personal laptop to review our tax information, hoping for professional assistance. The front desk continued asking questions rudely before we even sat down to the tax expert, which had us leave without receiving assistance or making it past the front desk. We were extremely disappointed and went home and paid for a tax expert to review our taxes in that manner instead. Will not be scheduling in person again and will continue to complete my taxes at home.
