Out of the 3 Dunkins I visit around Plano/Yorkville, this is by far the best! My order is ready quickly, my mocha latte tastes the best here and everyone is very friendly!

The store could benefit from another employee. I came in for gift cards and had to wait quite a while at the register while employees took care of the ovens and drive thru. But even though they were running back and forth like crazy, the service was very pleasant.

Went in yesterday around 1 pm to get my babies some Halloween themed donuts. Unfortunately when we got in there to see the display there were quite a few gnats and flies all over the donuts. Be careful when purchasing and I would suggest going inside to be sure there aren't any bugs.

Terrible experience today. Pull up to the window and I’m getting screamed at if I have a mobile order, don’t get to say anything else “pull foward” get to the window and she practically throws my coffee at me. Ordered the cookie butter cold brew and it had no flavor besides black coffee. Couldn’t even ask for a napkin before she slammed the window shut. Definitely needs to work on her people skills. By far one of the rudest people I have had to experience coming to this Dunkin. She had no manners. Shouldn’t be working in fast food if you don’t want to deal with people. & I understand when it’s busy, but when I’m the only car in the line- shouldn’t be too stressed out. Won’t be coming back here ??

I am writing this review in hopes Dunkin’ leadership will support the employees of this location and shift the culture in which they are working in. While seated at this location, I overheard Assistant Manager Ashley use forceful and demotivating language with the staff.The staff appeared to work diligently and there was never a line of people waiting in the store.Ashley was very loud and accusatory when one staff member wasn’t wearing a headset and she also threatened to move another one of the staff for not producing a hot chocolate quickly enough. She continuously said “tick tock” when trying to speed up the team. I did not hear one supportive or helpful approach. I hope she is coached to lead her team from the front and I sincerely hope this team has better support from corporate.

We have tried to use this location over the last number of years and the service is poor a majority of the time. I went today through the drive-thru and first the order was wrong, they forgot my child's entire order (sandwich and drink), and second the iced coffee looked very creamy after asking for light cream (this is a problem nearly every time I go). When she brought out the corrected order, she aggressively hands the drink to me with an attitude. As I said, this service is far too often lacking and the attitude of the employees is bad, if they engage at all. I get it, it's a customer service job, I did it too when I was younger, but man shape up and do the job correctly, otherwise go mow lawns or some other gig. I was always taught to do the job well, no matter what it is, I don't care if you are cleaning toilets (have done that). This is likely the last time my family goes to this location. This franchise owner needs better management. Will be contacting corporate over the repeated poor customer service.

Ordered donuts didnt get them had to go in and talk to them there were out of the ones I ordered and they didnt say anything got different donuts and they had hair in them so ya not going

This is my third attempt to try this location and they continue to show why I will drive across town to get my coffee. Asked for French vanilla swirl and got no flavoring, sent it back to be corrected, and the lady loudly expressed that’s what it was. Well obviously you don’t know how to make coffee! Nor do you know customer service to try to argue back and forth and out loud. If you don’t like your job QUIT! The last time I came I got the wrong donuts, let them know, and they made sure to put the frosting on the bottom of the bag to stick to it. Some of them ALWAYS have an attitude and need to learn what TRUE Customer service is! Won’t be spending my money here.

I came to this town from Chicago for work. I mostly try to avoid Dunkin in the Chicagoland metropolitan area because of the taste of coffee. You guys got the magic touch. Give that manager a raise. Coffee was great.

This is the absolute worse Dunkin' ever It absolutely makes me hate the entire franchise. They always ruin my order. But today was HORRIBLE they messed it up twice! And still gave me the wrong order! My morning is completely ruined I have no caffeine and I had a cold semi frozen sausage in my sandwich
