I'd give it 5 stars but it ate my $5 bill and neither dollar to change machine would take any of my crisp $1 bills. So I had to leave

I still have not received a reply from Circle k about this store ripping me off. The store in Plano Il. at 1001 w US highway 34 ripped me off on (4/14/2022) The outside sign had a price of 404.9 for regular with car wash. I filled up and chose a car wash. Price looked a little high. I checked the receipt it was $4.349 I got 13.455 gallons. I went inside to ask the clerk about the difference. She would not refund the difference. She told me the correct price was 439.9 but the sign was 404.9 because she did not know how to change it. Is this Shell Oil's policy?
