Clean location, friendly and helpful staff, good selection for a smaller storefront. Definitely shopping here for all my pet supplies from now on as Rural King is always out of chicken feed and their options are not as varied compared to Brothers.

Such an amazing place. They literally have everything for a pet, especially for not being as big as PetSmart, and the workers are super helpful. They were able to help me pick out the best leashes and food for my cats. Shout out to Jules and Evan for the help! Such amazing workers!

While the store itself is great and I always enjoy seeing the associates, I’m very disappointed to learn that they have a fish in store named Deggie, who is not being properly supported as a Beta. Beta’s need a 5 gallon tank minimum complete with filtration and circulation and live plants to hide within. This poor thing has only been given a small fish bowl that creates stress and can cause reflections making the fish think there is another male in the tank, causing it to attack and injure itself. There are plastic plants in the bowl which can cause tearing in the fins. I was informed that the manager is aware but “doesn’t care,” which is distressing as well. For that, I have to unfortunately give the location one star. The manager, Lisa, should be aware that should this fish pass, their death is on her hands.

They are much larger inside than I imagined. I found what I was looking for and will shop my pet food and pet needs there again. So convenient and so personal unlike Walmart. Thank you Brothers for your excellent customer service.
