While the wash and dry are generally great, some customers have experienced issues with lingering dirt, especially on the lower parts of their vehicles. Overall, WashU Car Wash offers fantastic service and value, with the only potential downside being the lack of a towel dry option at some locations.
I went to Washu for the first time today and absolutely loved it! My car AND TIRES were actually clean. I’m a fan!

I’ve been here three times now. The exterior of the car is washed perfectly, love how clean it is BUT when it comes to the interior detailing…. It’s ok. I guess it depends on how much you pay? it kids of feels like some spaces are left out or there is a time constraint….customer service is very nice.
