So mad they are closing this Walmart , this store has very friendly staff especially in the pharmacy , although Walgreens is much more convenient I go to Plainfield Walmart for the pharmacy and usually spend no less than $100 on other items. I guess it's back to Walgreens as I'm not a fan of the Walmart in Naperville and Shorewood is too far. Don't be surprised if you loose a lot of customers.

It's a super center. Orderly and friendly staff. You can also find Asian and Hispanic products here. It a one stop shop and save a lot money here the Supercenter.

They don't want you to shop for more than 20 items here. They never have more than 1 check out open that is not self checkout. The management here is awful

Called to see if a item was available was told "stop fN calling" and hung up on. Good luck to anybody that purchases anything there that has a question.

The auto department opens at 7am. I showed up at 6:55 for an oil change and the place was dark and locked up. I called the customer service line in the main Walmart store many times but no one answered the phone. It just rang until it cut me off. The store opens at 6am. When the auto service guy finally opened the door at 7:35, I walked in and asked what time they open. He said 7am. I told him I (and two other customers) had been sitting outside for 40 min. His reply was "Uh, I had to get dressed and I forgot to unlock the door."

We all know Walmart has some of the most incompetent employees around, and this location is no different. I don't think I've ever encountered so many dumb people in one place at any given time. And to top it off, this location has eliminated the majority of their regular check out lanes, forcing people into the self-checkout. This place is an absolute nightmare on the weekends with long lines and slow employees, but at least I get some half wit greeter telling me to have a great day after I just spent 20 minutes in line bagging my own groceries. My advice is spend a few extra dollars and shop at Meijer or Target, it's worth it.

Just left this Walmart yesterday around 7:50pm and I have never felt so disrespected! I was in the self checkout scanning all my items when I noticed I was being watched by this Latina Associate like I was going to steal something. I watched her watch me the entire time while there was other customers using self checkout but she chose to target me the African American. I have spent a great deal of money at this location just to be treated like a thief because I'm black. Horrible experience and will not be returning if this is how you will treat your black customers.

This store has continuously confirmed that it is a place that hires people with no idea how to put the customer FIRST and provide any customer service. The employees here ignore you (if you can find one) and the consistent answer to any question is "I'm not sure" or "I don't know". This store hires young people who are always goofing around & on their phones! I'm done! Lower prices don't compare to the empty shelves at all different times of the day & no available checkout lanes with "employees" ringing up the customer!!! Plus the "customer service" counter has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Target just got another regular customer

To start with if I could I would give this zero Stars but you can't. So I call this store when I got here from the parking lot three times two different apartments nobody answered one of them was customer service and nobody answered. So then I went in and went to customer service desk because I want to ask about returning something two employees were working behind there one customer was in front of me one employees was helping that customer the other employee saw me clearly but continue to put stuff away in the bins behind her slowly never helped me and I waited for like 10 minutes to talk to the other lady. Then I also had an online pickup and it was the first time picking up something from Walmart so I asked the door greeter on the way out which was a young girl where the pickup area was outside and she said I don't know it's probably outside or you have to go to customer service desk no idea nobody teaches anybody thing anything there this store is horrible I'll never come back and it wasn't even busy at all. I also left a negative review on the app and I'm not now I'm going to do it through the Walmart corporate page.

I was looking for a talking Woody they had advertised for $3.50. Kyla was very helpful although I was not able to find it. She even went as far as calling another Walmart and unfortunately they did not have it either. 5 stars for Kyla's efforts in helping me.

This place is a joke. I only decided to shop here after I went to quest for bloodwork and that was a mistake. They didn't have any carts but one with a broken wheel. The greeter just said "they are getting more now". Well that was a lie because a half hour after I went in and left there were still no carts in front. It was ridiculous. And to top it off they don't even have one cashier, every lane is self check out. While I was in the self check out a worker came through the lane, no hello and squeezed her way between me and checkout.... it is still covid times here lady. I will never again go into this Walmart or another. I will overpay at Target.

When it comes to door dashing, this place is unbelievable. We went to the pick up box and the screen said someone is on their way with the order. We sat about 20 minutes before we had to go out the way to customer service. The lady saw us and turned away and snuck back through the door. We went to the manager of customer service and she got our order within a minute or so. The wait time was a waste of my money. There are literally no workers with any type of valuable knowledge to help out.

I waited 2 hours after being checked in to receive my Walmart order. I had seen multiple cars that arrived after I did being checked in and gotten their stuff in a timely fashion. I tried to catch one of the workers but no one would answer me. Will be speaking with management because i think it is unreasonable to make someone wait 2 hours after checking in for their pickup and waiting on other cars.
