This is one of the worse pharmacy’s I’ve ever encountered. We’ve had a pharmacist raise her voice at us slam bags she ever aggressively and speak to us rudely! We were lied to and never received a follow up regarding that incident we had to continually call! Just a few days ago I received a person call on a Sunday informing me that the refills I didn’t req or need was avail anc that they could personally refill them but couldn’t give me any info on the meds that are detrimental and actually suggested I go else where outside the Walgreens network never suggesting trying another Walgreens since they claim it was on back order. We found out the next day that the meds we needed weren’t on back order aft being told in store they were and on phone but a diff pharmacist that wasn’t in the loop of detecting us from our important meds went and fill the scrip and had to re-enter my info for my insurance it was clear by the whispers and stated that this was a retaliation tactic to inconvenience me!I I think it’s pretty disgusting to be this incompetent and culturally challenged is the nicest way I can say their behavior and demeanor has a racial undertone to these innocents now! I’m notified by there behavior I’m still in shock that my retired vet/Cta husband and myself were spoken to the way we were and treated the way we were! This is the same town that just had a racist stab a child over 25times, and it’s clear the attitude and behaviors of some here are ignored or explain away as unfortunate one time occurrences. Instead of what it actually is. To this day no one has called me back and now here’s another incident we’re we were lied too! My recommendation will be to never ever go to this Walgreens. I’m writing this bc I’m starting to fear for my safety with these employees having Acess to all my personal info and medical history! Someone needs to do something about this horrible horrible behavior on that store!

Had a horrible experience getting my prescription. She told me it couldn’t be filled because of an insurance problem even though my insurance was valid and I had my card. It took 10 mins of arguing with Kathy in order to get help from another pharmacist. Eventually within two minutes of working with Kayla I got my prescription with no headache whatsoever. Some people shouldn’t be working with customers

Worst pharmacy ever nobody knows what they are doing over there. I’ve even had them give me the wrong instructions on a prescription which would’ve killed me had a follow them. I asked for a district manager to call me three weeks ago. I’m still waiting go anywhere but here.

Location: 24801 W 135th St Plainfield, IL 60544 United States I am beyond upset and disappointed with the service at the pharmacy at this location. This morning (8/19) I made an appointment for a flu shot and covid booster at this location. The appointment was for 2pm, I got to the store at 1:40 and attempted to check in on the kiosk, but the kiosk would only allow me to create a new appointment for 3pm and did not have a check in option. I asked the pharmacy desk how I should check in and was told they do not communicate with the area doing vaccines and to sit and wait till I was called in. The door to the exam room was closed and I waited patiently, at 2:10 the door opened and she called in a mom and her daughter, when I tried to say I had an appointment I was told that I was late and would need to reschedule. After sitting there for 30 minutes, and showing up 20 minutes early to ensure I wouldn't be late, I am beyond enraged at the unprofessionalism and absolutle waste of my time this was. I will never be returning to this store, if I could give 0 stars I would.

They have what I needed for my headache. They have a large assortment of toothbrushes and mouthwash. The pharmacy person who helped me with my prescription was very polite and also let me check out at the pharmacy. They have great deals on vitamin and it is a big selection as well.

This could possibly be the slowest pharmacy is America. I almost always have to wait close to 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru, regardless of the time of day. I understand they might be understaffed, but at a certain point you have to question if that’s the only reason they are so slow. The workers are usually friendly but nothing could make up for how slow they are. Drive to the next closest pharmacy, you’ll still be saving time.

I came here for a Covid shot. At the height of the pandemic I was able to go to sites run by the government and be in and out in literally no time. I scheduled a time on line and am now pushing 30 minutes past that time and when I went to ask how much longer, the clerk cut me off to say the pharmacist is preparing the shot. Never again

Worse walgreens to go to, items are Never priced as marked and never in correct location. You always get same response, someone must have moved... can't always happen.
