I don’t use the pharmacy section personally, but the photo center is always great! I’ve used them for a few of my Christmas gifts this year and all of them have come out phenomenal! The staff that I have interacted with have also been great

I sit here waiting for my flu shot . I checked in before my appointed time , and I am now 20 minutes past that time. There is no one else on the shot chart and there hasn’t been a line for 10 minutes. I have had to finally go up and ask for how much longer it is . They went to go look for a paper they printed out and said it will be longer because they couldn’t find it . I feel like if I said nothing I would still be here an hour later with no update , when originally they told me to wait and someone will call me . Many of the people behind are leaning against walls and chatting about daily life instead of helping customers while only a few go the extra mile and help the customers

Horrible customer service, manager Carissa is a racist chick who lies to her customers. Pharmacy here is ac actual joke. Expect double the amount of time than they actually tell you to fill a prescription, and don’t expect them to call you or text you once it’s complete, that’s just assuming they use their systems properly. Drive thru pharmacy, expect waiting an hour plus in line, in store- drop off counters are CLOSED always, expect lines of 15-20 plus people just to drop off and another 15-20 just to pick up….and don’t forget to wait on hold for 20+ mins just to get a hold of a rep to check the status of your prescription bc the automated system won’t be updated to tell you when it’s ready. This place is literally a joke, head to Shorewood instead. This pharmacy and store itself are a joke, if you want a free entry to a circus, just walk in.

This walgreens has lost its value. The pharmacy has gone down the drain horrible customer service. The wait for medication has gotten worse and worst. Overall the pharmacist on duty appears not to care and the Techs are all kids that have no idea on how to treat people. When you make a call it actually goes to another Walgreens when I inquired about my medication they said it would be ready, once I arrived to the Walgreens on Rt 59in Plainfield they said it's not ready communication is horrible. To make matters worst the pharmacist was on LUNCH . This walgreens is horrible please send your prescription to CVS. I wish I can give it a zero. If you want frustration in your life this is your walgreens

While waiting for a shot I observed employees in the pharmacy for over an hour throwing bagged filled prescriptions across the room at a basket container. If they missed the basket container the prescriptions went on the floor and stayed there until after some time they were picked up and put in the container. Some employees even tripped over the prescriptions while on the floor. I attempted to report this lazy unsanitary behavior but was told that there was no manager on duty.

Very rude pharmacist, the one that works at midnight. This place is not welcomingat all. Red hed pharmacist lady should find a another job elsewhere and find happiness in loving iher job.

Scheduled an appointment for a COVID booster shot here. My appointment was scheduled at 730, I assumed I'd be out of there by 8 at the latest considering the shot takes about 30 seconds. I've gotten 5 COVID shots so far in the last few years and it's never taken more than 30 minutes from walking in the door to out (none scheduled at Walgreens in the past). This time, it took about 20 minutes just to successfully check in. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and got in like at the COVID shot check in counter - the lady checking in people in and collecting insurance info didn't seem to know what she was doing. It took her about 10-15 mins to finish checking in the two ladies in front of me, when it came to my turn I gave her my insurance card as I had already filled everything else out online. She wasn't able to input it for some reason and kept insisting my DOB was incorrect which is odd cause I've used that insurance several times in the past, she finally called someone else to help who was able to resolve it right away. Then I waited over 20 minutes to get seen, at this point it's 40 minutes past my appointment time. Several people are sitting there waiting obviously annoyed. The guy who administered the shot was super nice and apologetic for the wait + the shot itself was completely fine. The wait time is ridiculous though and it does not make sense to schedule so many people back to back when you don't have the staffing or capability to see all the patients you have scheduled - if I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to a walk in clinic rather than scheduling an appointment ahead of time. Would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

They need to hire new people who know how to do there jobs. I called in a prescription the day before as told it would be ready first thing the next morning. Nothing ready at all.They have 24hr pharmacy but your better off just going to a normal Walgreens at least they do there job

Came here for multiple perscriptions and had to get several vaccines for my daughter for school. David is super good with kids and gentle. Everyone else here has been super helpful, friendly, and try to keep things moving as fast as they can and they get slammed. Usually I never see a friendly face at a pharmacy and end up leaving frustrated. Not the case and we have come here a lot this week. Thank you!!!

Currently in the drive thru line for 20 minutes… no movement at all. 6 cars ahead and 5 behind. You seriously need to plan two hours into your schedule just to pick up a prescription no matter what time it is. Absolutely awful.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have a prescription that is hard to fill, shortage of the medication. This is the only Walgreens in the area, I mean like 30 miles, that can't tell you if they have it over the phone, you have to come in. The stores from Channahon till Aurora can give me that information over the phone. Find another profession if you don't want to help people. I am not going to drive 30 minutes and waste my time so you can tell me in person that you don't have it .

Worst customer service here. Come here to pick up my medication and I ask nicely if they can help it was 7.58 and everything already shouted down! I needed my medication tonight. When I come earlier they said it is not ready. Worst experience!

The pros about this store is that they are open 24 hours and when you go inside the staff is friendly. However over the past year they have become extremely frustrating to deal with. They have misread a prescription saying the dosage and pill quantity were something different yet another Walgreens location read it correctly and got it filled immediately. They never fill the medication on time. They say they haven't received fax medication refills, they took a paper script but we're out of the medication and said they couldn't transfer the script to another location or give me the script back. That was incorrect. They mess up at least one medication every month. When you call, the people that answer the phone are rude. They cut you off, have an attitude and tell you the wrong information. Also, yes they have long lines and are very busy most of the time. I have transferred all my medications to another location. I hope that a manager from this location sees all these bad reviews and makes some changes.

This was my first visit to this pharmacy so no idea if it’s consistent but the pharmacist and techs were very friendly and best of all filled my script in 10 minutes. It was 7:45am but my usual pharmacy takes an hour to do it at 3am. So yeah very impressed.
