This was my first visit and Boy customer service was beyond, wow! From the front desk to my NEW stylist Beata(amazing, wonderful) she truly put a SMILE on my face. .Beata listened very closely but asked all the right questions. My color and cut, just WOW ! First thing my Hubby of 33 years said LOVE IT. And this 57 year old was beyond surprise with his huge SMILE and wow. Thank you again BEATA, I am looking forward to our Adventure with my hair.

I tend to give everyone a 2nd change because we're all human and we all make mistakes. When a woman gives specific details along with pictures of the look she's trying to exceed it should be more then enough for the stylist to accomplish the customers satisfaction ESPECIALLY when we pay for a more experienced stylist. If and when a customer comes in for any services, the stylist should be entering in their system, as much information as possible as to what was last used on the customer so they can go back and use it for reference which they don't do that! Well well well, needless to say, I was in this Salon for over 6 hrs!!! (RIDICULOUS) The stylist got it all wrong and she had to Redo everything. The girl who was washing my hair did not even put a towel around my neck and I had water dripping all over my ears and down my back because she was not being cautious nor paying attention to the customer needs! So, not only was I in this salon for over 6 hrs being aggravated, stressed out and having to pay over $300 is a big and huge lesson learned for me. I felt so uncomfortable because all other stylist kept looking at me as to why I was still there for so long. When I checked out the receptionist made a comment and asked me... Wow, you've been here since early morning. Was everything OK? I explain to her what my issues and concerns were and she stated that she would have one of the managers call me back. Well, this salon has three different managers that own this business and not one of them had the decency to call me back! When you have three owners to a business you would think that at least one of them will stay till close just in case there's any complaints or concerns that guests would like to dispute with one of the managers. they all rush out as they always do. So how concerned are they for the customers that are bringing in business ? They just don't care because if they did, someone would've give me a call back! I will definitely call my lawyer and have him report this business to the Better Business Bureau!!!

My fair-skinned daughter went for a prom makeup and hairdo. She came home and looked like a Christmas clown (green eyeshadow and dark red lips) with overdone makeup that wasn't what she wanted. The makeup was way too heavy for her skin type and age. She looked like one of those child beauty pageant mistakes. She ended up in a panic, removing it all and doing it herself. Thankfully, whoever did her hair knew what they were doing.

Had my hair done the for the first time and I was not happy. The color on top was too dark and my bangs were cut too short. When I got home and stopped crying I noticed the color was not cleaned up by my hairline and inside my ear was still full of color.

If you want a wonderful experience this is the place. I've been a customer for many years. Everyone is so professional and friendly.
Rebecca is my stylist. She does wonderful work and truly an artist. From highlights and lowlights to a precise cut. She knows my style and I always feel special when I leave her chair. My hair always feels so healthy and shiney when she's done. Thank you Rebecca!!
