Charged $10 for a notary! Ten Dollars to watch me sign my name!!! Outrageous! I have been going to UPS since they opened and sad to say, never again UPS! You lost a longtime customer and believe me, will be sharing this to all.

Sent a package Monday to go to Rhinelander Wisconsin. Was supposed to arrive Tuesday Wednesday latest. It Friday still no package. It was an important delivery which I never received. The package went to Philadelphia then back to Hodgkin Illinois. New owners. Morons. Can’t get anything right. Don’t use this UPS location. Go to any other location because Morons actually work at this one!

I sent a package by this office. The employee said that my package will be delivered in 3 days, and it works for me. It was birthday gift for my friend and it must be arrived up to date. When I tracked a package on website, it shows 5 days delivery and unfortunately package was 2 days late . This package goes to Michigan .... 5 days where you have to drive 5 hours. Really... Why employee didn't say that my package would not arrive on time?

I sent a birthday package to this store for a friend. Have used this place before - heard there’s been a recent change of owner/management. When friend arrived to pick it up, they wouldn’t even look for it. Refused to use tracking # to find it. Said it was signed for by some employee that they don’t have at the store. Sent friend on a wild goose chase to store down the street. Of course, package wasn’t at the other store. Friend called back, again they refused to search the tracking #. I call and ask for a manager, I’m immediately told they have the package once I give the name - even described it. When I asked why the run around, I was told friend never bothered to come in only called. When I pointed out that I was on FT when friend attempted the pickup, manager got angry, told me I couldn’t tell him what happens in HIS store and then said “you aren’t my boss” and hung up on me. Great job new owners/management….?Edit- when friend returned yesterday. The owner told him they sent my package back the day before because I was rude to said owner when I called. There was no third party error. This is not a “mistake” on anyone’s part at this point. It’s either deceit or theft. So far, I can’t get help from this owner, the owner of the store I shipped from no UPS customer service. I paid for insurance and can’t get any help to file a claim.

I have been going to this store exclusively after so many packages sent thru the mail system lost & opening investigations on lost packages just to never get any follow-up or resolution on them. In 2 yrs I am so thrilled to report not 1 single lost package & in most cases the packages are delivered earlier than quoted. John gives First Class service & I have witnessed him be very patient & helpful with his staff. John’s store will always be my first choice of shipping packages as long as John is there. I have never been disappointed. It’s very hard these days to get any professionalism & courteousness as a paying customer. John is always polite & is always sure to ask if he can help in any other way before wishing you a parting good day. Other stores & business could learn a lot by taking John’s lead. Thank you John!
